This is definitely the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to in my life! Every time I come to this location you wait at least ten minuets and the food is never fresh. The employees are not engaged with the customer, actually it feels like I’m bothering them every time I come in. I live 4 blocks away and keep coming back because there isn’t another one for miles. I NEED TO STOP COMING TO THIS LOCATION AND JUST DRIVE TO THE ONE ON VETRANS PARKWAY. I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE DOES THE SAME!!!

Apparently, the concept of «fast» food has been completely lost on this location. I cannot begin to explain how painfully slow the employees are. It is a sad situation, and speaks volumes about your employees, when I am waiting long enough that another employee asked me if she had done anything wrong

Went yet again to this Mc D’s last week for fries– not only were the fries seeming like they were twice fried (had brownish look to them), but also salted beyond edible. Returned them and got some with «no salt», yet the fries still have a weird brownish look to them. I don’t know if it’s the oil or what, but they aren’t what they are suppose to be. The store is clean, I’ll give them that, but still, this is the worst McDonalds in Springfield quality and consistency wise.

I ate here once. Got food poisoning and was sick for 4 days. Terribly sick. I wont ever go back. In fact, whenever a McDonalds’s commercial comes on the TV it just about makes me want to vomit when i see those slimy burgers. Yick!
