Nice enough staff, clean enough store, but I’ve been here at many different times of day (and night) and the doughnuts are always stale (which makes me wonder what time of day they actually make them). Not horribly stale, but consistently on the far, far, far end of «fresh». Plus there’s never more than maybe a tablespoon of filling in the filled doughnuts. Come on guys! Time to head up to Boston for a refresher course at Donut University. Not good. Not good at all. Oh, and they never have much of a selection either.

I stopped by this location at 5 am on a Friday morning 7÷17÷15 and expected to find a variety of fresh donuts to choose from. I was taking donuts into the office as a treat but I shouldn’t have wasted my time. There was only a few different varieties to choose from and they hardly seemed fresh. It seemed like the cashier just woke up and it was an inconvenience to serve me. Very disappointed in the variety and quality available at a peak time. Next time I will go to Krispy Kreme.

The employees are nice and welcoming. The place is clean.
The donuts are meh. A double chocolate donut should not be absorbing the glaze; rather it should be seen visible on the outside of the donut. (Ny dunkin donuts do a great job with glazing the donut). The same goes for other donuts that are glazed.
The coffee is atrocious. The coffee is not fresh and it tastes more like water. If management is that cheap on using old coffee to its last drip, i’d stick to having folgers coffee. I went two days in a row, and the coffee still taste like water and old coffee.
This is Dunkin Donuts. Both the coffee and donuts are subpar to the many DD I have had throughout the east coast. Step your game up.

I have been to this Dunks a few times; it has either been across the street from my hotel or down the street as well. We have gone in about 8:30 am and coffee/​bagels/​breakfast sandwiches have been pretty quickly made and the employees at the counter are relatively friendly. Good every time I am in town…

I’m giving this horrible place 2 stars because they’re open 24 hrs the waits in the morning are absoloutley ridiculous the female attendants are usually rude or get the order wrong no matter how small and they have one person working in the morning. Never mind 1 will do

Just waited thirty (30!) minutes for a coffee and sandwich. Actually I received my coffee immediately, waited thirty for the sandwich. I finally get it and it’s barely warm, cheese unmelted and, most damning, not made as ordered. People making the sandwiches call out orders in voices that are unintelligible. Crowded with pissed off customers. Bad experience.

They have remodeled this DD and it’s really nice inside. Stopped by here quickly to grab some coffee and their dark roast pods for my Breville.
The place is always full of customers and on the weekends, there is a line but do move pre quick.
Want a cup of coffee & SBux isn’t near, get a cup of fresh brewed DD!

I’m am furious that I did not check the Unilocal reviews before I bought donuts here. The donuts were so stale that they were hard. The filled donuts had zero filling… Not even a smudge of filling. The wait staff filled my box in an illogical manner so maybe they were sorting out the oldest donuts to get rid of them. When I called within 10 minutes of the purchase to complain I was told that there was no manager on duty and that I would have to call back another day. I contacted DD headquarters to complaint about this location because they should be closed permanently.

With 3 (yes 3) Dunkin shops within a mile radius, this is my go to one.
Coffee is consistent… And perfect the way I like it.
Fast and friendly. They know how to get you in and out.
Parking is hardly a problem and I often find a spot literally right outside the door.
Only once did they have a small selection of donuts (it was 3p on a weekend).

A few points:
(1) I wish DC had better local doughnut shops.*
(2) Dunkin’s Donuts aren’t very good.
(3) Krispy Kreme’s are better.
(4) This store is open 24hrs/​day, which would be useful if the doughnuts were better and there weren’t also 24hr Krispy Kremes in VA.
*Their absence is part of the transience/​chain store relationship: The more transient a population is, the more chain stores are required to make them feel comfortable and able to find products easily.

They oughta shut this place down. They got my order wrong after I repeatedly told them «no cheese». I also noticed flies flying around the food prep area so I cut my losses and left. Never again.

I took one sip of my iced latte and tossed it. I would never get a coffee there again. Its not clean and even at opening hours the uniforms on the employees are filthy. How is a dirty uniform acceptable to this company?
Every time I give this place another chance, its the same issues.

This place is not very clean and the service is not the greatest either. I ordered a breakfast meal and asked for something on the side, very willing to pay extra for it if needed. They charged me and then didn’t give it to me. Then they said I never paid for it and if I wanted it, I would have to pay again. I took my things and left.
