Mystery solved why I always see zaxbys parking lots empty. Decided to give it a try. The French fries were like the ones you put in the oven at the house. While I was waiting I saw an employee just hanging out in the kitchen eating and chatting, then got my food together. How lovely. My highly processed grilled chicken breast was somewhat tough and had authentic «grill marks» as it came out of the warmer. Sweet tea was mediocre. Nice and quiet in the dining area due to no customers. Who woulda thought? I’m sorry, chk-fil-a for cheating on you, I won’t do it again :(

The food is fine; fairly pricey and not as high of quality as Caine’s (the fries I’m almost certain are the frozen kind), but the staff is consistently rude.
In particular, there is an older African American woman who runs the drive-thru and is ALWAYS extremely grumpy and impatient. She gives you a nasty glare when you’re paying and just has no hint of politeness about her. I understand if she isn’t thrilled with her job, but it’s still her job and if you’re going to work in a customer service position you have to be able to be friendly and courteous.
At this point I only ever come here when I get a voucher in the mail; otherwise I’d recommend steering clear.
