Starbucks

I started going to this Starbucks after getting to the point of rage at the worst customer service experiences at the Vintage Park Starbucks. Yes, I actually drive about 10 extra minutes for a mocha to avoid being put into a bad mood first thing in the morning by ignorant employees who should not be hired for any type of customer service position ANYWHERE!
I love this Starbucks! The employees are hands down the best at customer service I have experienced not only at other Starbucks but in general. They are nice, funny, and I have always gotten my mocha exactly how I have ordered it. If Starbucks actually read all the poor reviews they have gotten at their other locations they would beg this location to train other stores on customer service and how to make the drinks right!
This Starbucks is well worth the extra drive time!

I’ve been to this location multiple times and their drinks are always on point.
The only reason, I am giving this location 4 stars is because of the service at the cash register. The past 2 times I’ve been here I have had the same cash register person who took a long time to work the cash register. The first time I had to add more money on my Starbucks card, which she did not know how to do causing her to ask another employee. And the second time, I ordered a ice chai tea latte easy on the ice. However, when she typed it into the system she ordered me a hot chai tea instead.
Other than the technological problems we had at the cash registers, their workers are extremely nice!

This place just opened up in the Champions area near Pier 1 Imports and also across from My Fit Foods. Finally they have one here that’s 2 minutes away from my house. The drinks are on point so far! Hope they don’t disappoint anytime soon.
