After receiving a coupon in the mail, I went to try this smoothie place out! I’ve never realized this smoothie store existed until that coupon! This store has been opened since 2014 and I regret not discovering this place two years late!
I like how their punch card allows you to get your fifth drink half off and your tenth drink free! Their prices are reasonable compared to Smoothie King, and their staff is very helpful when it comes to purchasing a smoothie or choosing which protein you should consider buying.
You can tell after drinking one of their fruit smoothies, that it consists of fresh fruits. FRESH FRUITS! This is very rare when you order smoothies elsewhere. The natural fruit flavor gives it a distinct taste that makes you want to come back for more! I typically order a peach mango smoothie or a strawberry banana smoothie with soy milk. I DIDN’T REALIZE IT BUT SOY MILK MATTERS! The difference in taste blew my mind!

This location has always been quiet but their products are a steal. The workers are friendly and help accommodate your needs in protein and smoothie selection .
You should try the peach mango smoothie if you’re looking for sometime light or the strawberry banana for something a little sweeter. They have soy and almond milk upon request as well, and really pack in you smoothie to give you as much smoothie as they can. On top on all that? Their punch card policy is very generous, giving you half off on your fifth drink and a free drink on your tenth!

They have good tasting smoothie and great deals on protein.

One thing I always wondered was why after being at this location for over a year they never seemed to have any business. They are located within a block of 3 workout parks, a huge library, a busy intersection, and a fitness 19 center that they ironically share a wall with.
Now I know why!
My girl and I came in to get smoothies like we always have after our weekly workouts but this particular time we wanted to take advantage of their bottles of Pure Pro protein they have been offering us each time we arrive there. The special is 1 for $ 33.97, 2-​$ 59.99, 3-​$ 75.00, 5-​$ 100.00. The plan was to buy 2 but we were contemplating buying a third.
After talking to the very informative, yet overly-​conversational attendee (Seth) for almost an hour or so he offered us a deal we could not refuse. He told us if we bought 3 for the $ 75.00 price tag he would throw in 2 additional bottles for FREE! Considering that we were not planning to spend that much ($ 75.00) for protein on that particular day we didn’t give him a immediate answer right away.
As Seth waited on another customer my girl and I discussed the deal and decided it was to good to pass up. I told Seth, if I do the deal it would be on one condition!
Since Seth was very knowledgable about fitness and diet and offered us some great tips, I told him if he would email me once a week with at least one good tip, he had a deal! He countered by suggesting I join a fitness center (PG Fitness) newsletter for daily fitness and nutrition tips instead, which was fine.
So in turn we bought 5 Pure Pro protein bottles for what was supposedly ($ 75.00), 2 shaker cups (around $ 25.00), and 2 med size smoothies (around $ 8.00). One of the smoothies was half price since we frequented there and I was up for the half price deal after the purchase of so many smoothies.
Seth was then supposed to split the cost of the 5 protein bottles between both our credit cards and charge both shaker bottles and the smoothies to my card which I found out later he didn’t. My total was around $ 74.00, and hers around $ 65.00.
Now, I know what your thinking we should have noticed immediately that the price was wrong. Well, thats why you should always pay close attention to your receipts before leaving an establishment I see (lesson learned). I assumed of course, my bill would be considerably higher being that I purchased more items on my card than my girl, so no issues there. But a couple days later while at the store we had discussed one anothers’ totals (which I didnt know hers until that moment). We established we were charged full price for the 5 Pure Pro protein bottles ($ 100.00), so we immediately called the store where Seth answered telling my girl he never offered us that deal and we paid the correct amount and we were basically screwed!
Well, yesterday my girl took it upon herself to go up there with the receipt to show and remind him what he told us we would pay for the protein bottles, and after a heated discussion according to her, he decided to refund us for the (2) bottles of protein. Which for some reason he refunded us $ 40.00.
Today, I get a message from the owner stating that he cancelled the refund and if we want a full refund we need to return all the products. So on top of the previous inconveniences we had already suffered thru, now we are being told to bring all the proteins back in order to be refunded.
Instead of acknowledging the obvious mistake, not only were we not apologized to, we were basically labeled as liars and cheats and were told its there way or the highway. So, instead of continuing with the headache of it all we will just keep the protein and choose the highway. Its not worth the ridicule, gas, or time to keep going back in forth like children over. Its other smoothie businesses that are just as good if not better.
Its a shame your business practices are not professional enough to recognize when it makes mistakes and reconciling them.
The point of this is this! Everyone is out for the mighty dollar and all though this was an inconvenience to us as the consumer (which I thought was important), we were shown that we do not matter. Whether wrong or right we do matter because that mighty dollar you were so concerned with keeping ironically comes from us and others alike. We do not appreciate spending our hard earned money there to support your business, families, and staff to basically be treated as if we were liars and scammers over two bottles of protein we were offered for FREE if we purchased 3. Its sad that such a nice place has to resort to scamming its (FEW) customers it has in order to stay in business.
Seth next time your talking a 100 miles a minute, think about what your saying before you say it, because as you see it can cost you some great customers in the end. And to the VERY RUDE owner, And to the VERY RUDE owner, (continued in the tips section)

Great prices, mostly friendly staff, they make a mean smoothie that gets you going! Coffee could use some improvement, but once again the smoothies taste great!!!
Their Hawaiian is so amazing I get one everyday, with their amazing selections of supplements and energy add ons, they have exactly what you need to get you going! Also conveniently located right next to mellow mushroom!
