My mother went here this evening and was treated horrible by the«manager» women initially yelled at her for the way she placed her order. She then complained that she had just ordered chicken and couldn’t have a side. When she got her food the manager had placed the red beans and rice in the bag upside down. My mom went in to tell her, she replied that my mom had done it and it was her fault. My mom then asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Terrible customer service! We love Popeyes and will never go back based on this horrible human!!!

I came in for lunch and received greater service than I would have imagined! Haha, I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food/chain restaurants, but I was impressed, so I had to say something.. .especially when I noticed their last reviews were super old. I mean, I was greeted with a warm«Welcome to Popeyes» when I walked in. The girl at the counter was super friendly and asked all the right questions so that I got exactly what I wanted.(The #3 combo.. .I was hungry!) The screens they have up on top with the menu are cool with moving visuals and tv type adverts for their food. I hadn’t seen that before so it was cool. The place appeared to be clean. There were two gentlemen already seated in the dining room and beside their tables, all the other ones were clean. The girl told me to «Enjoy» as I picked up my food. The food was great! Just as expected, hot, yummy, crispy chicken. Biscuit was perfect and the mashed potatoes were good, too. All the food was at the perfect temperature. Later, I asked for a refill and that employee was super nice and smiled, etc. NOT usual for a fast food chain restaurant, am I right??? Lol, so had to give some recognition here. I don’t eat fried chicken often but I will return to this location. The parking lot DOES have some design flaws. Luckily, I had room to turn around, but if there were more cars in the lot, I would have had to go through the drive thru to get out!

The service is what usually makes or breaks an establishment. In this case, it absolutely broke it. The drive through wench hardly was rude. I had asked her to hold on for one second so that I could see what my co-riders would like and to ensure that I had all of the orders straight. I had to roll up my window to keep her from continuing to chime in on my conversations. Usually I am swift in the drive through as a courtesy to other drivers. There was no one behind me and I felt like she was pushing me and trying to upsale me the whole time. I finally gave up and decided to go in, leaving my entourage unattended. The inside staff was no better. All were completely rude and not a single one of them could explain why what they had advertised in the window was not what was available. When we did finally get our order the chicken was completely dry and ridiculously small. While I love my Popeyes chicken, I will definitely visit another, more friendly franchise in the future.

The parking is atrocious. We decided to go through the drive thru and was told to park up front so when we pulled around there was no parking left. I had to park next door at the dry cleaners. The server brought out our food and they had entered it wrong so we got half of our order, then 20 minutes later, the other half. Getting out of the parking lot was another feat. The food was good but the hassle was definitely not worth it. I think if they renovated their parking and drive thru area’s and retrained the person taking orders, they would get a 100% rating.

Yeahhh… who doesn’t love a good piece of fried chicken??? So I’ma be real… I’ve been living frugally so I can afford Houston Restaurant Week dinners… so Tuesdays, I’m here at Popeyes. HA! Two spicy, fresh. crisp-ay. fried pieces of delectable chicken for $.99. I’m so used to paying with plastic lately… it’s nice to start paying with coins or a dollar! So if you are near a popeyes location on Tuesdays and you wanna get rid of some extra change built up in the car… hit up that drive through. And get one of those buttery biscuits too. :)
