Got here just a minute or two before closing. Open sign still on. Parked and As I walked up to the door, the guy locks the door and shuts the sign off. Really, WTF! I try to support the small business owner, even when you pay a little more.
But, this will now be in an emergency only!
I use this place regularly, and I’m pretty sure he even recognized me!
So much for customer service.
So long to consumer loyalty!
