This car wash automatic treadmill bent my wheel on my car. I pulled around to tell the guy in charge. He called his boss and they told me to call the number on the side of the building. I asked for the insurance, but he said that I needed to call the number. I got upset because he lied and said he didn’t see anything bend my wheel and he told me that I was upsetting the other customers and to leave. I guess I learned my lesson about businesses doing the right thing. All I asked is to fix my bent wheel, but the owner said it was my fault for not following the instructions and he wouldn’t pay for it.

This place wasn’t bad in the beginning, but that was a few years ago. Now it’s typical to pay your money and then find out the machine is out of soap or the foam brush will not shoot foam. If you make the mistake of using your credit card you should make sure that after you press the stop button that you see a confirmation and total on the screen. Sometimes the button doesn’t work the first time it is pressed. I take my business down the street now and you should too.
