Delta Bound Mobile Food & Catering

Have been here a few times and had different experiences each time. The first time, was take out. The food stayed hot and tasted pretty good… although I didn’t feel I would order the same items upon my return. On the next visit, I decided to take my whole family here for dine-​in dinner. Honestly, the Brisket was incredibly fatty and the only flavor I could taste was grease. My stepmom couldn’t even eat hers and she was starving when we arrived. My dad got the massive burger. He said the appearance of it was more impressive than the flavor. Sadly, we actually had leftovers, but decided against taking them with us. It was so disappointing. Finally, I decided to give it a third try. I got another take out order. This time the Meatball Sub. It was really, really good!!! I want to LOVE this place and will go back a fourth time. If it is good… then great. If not, I probably won’t go back.

I am a big fan of their Tacos, especially the pork belly. Friendly counter service, it is a gem tucked away in Spring Hill on 31. Had lunch there 4 – 5 times in the last year and I have always had good food.

Absolutely amazing!!! I’m from Louisiana and Delta is the only reasonably priced place that serves, what I consider, Louisiana home cookin. We go at least twice a week.

Neat little place ! I really enjoyed the catfish. Everything was fresh and made to order. The owners were very nice and glad we were there. I love restaurant’s with the owner cooking .

My wife and I thought the food was good but a little pricy. The catfish platter comes with one piece of catfish. The sitting area was little warm and muggy on a hot summer afternoon. We might call in our next order for pick up.

The food was good, but the price seems to be too high for the amount of food. We ordered my family’s typical order when we try barbecue and received much less than were expecting for the price we paid.
I don’t think you will be disappointed in the taste or quality, but expect to pay a little extra than normal.

Delicious fresh food fast. It’s nice to have some non-​chain food around the area! So good!!! I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Desserts looked amazing too!

Lack of diversity on the menu disappointed me, as well as the high prices. Food was also bland.

DELICIOUS!!! I loved their catfish taco. Melts in your mouth with so much flavor! I’m trying their Fried Bologna Sammich next time. I splurged on Italian Crème cake and couldn’t eat half of the huge slice. The prices are great, atmosphere is friendly and food is delish!

Went to the new DB restaurant in Spring Hill. Their first day serving breakfast. Small menu but what they make is just mouth watering great. Had the Db stack and Tasso with gravy over cheese grills. WOW to both dishes. Highly recommend. Will try the lunch next. PS begneits are not as good as the Café du Mond but still very good.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Meet more folks from «home» (Louisiana) every time I go. Catfish po boys, catfish tacos, and today’s special potato salad – all amazing. Just good people too.

Really good taste today. Jambalaya with a side of deviled eggs. Jambalaya has a very good smoked flavor all the way thru dish. Good amount of meats thru out. Deviled eggs are tasty as well. Inside the joint looks nice. Food choices are plenty. Looking forward to coming back to try some other dishes.

The food here is very master class. The menu is very tight which allows for perfect execution of a delicious menu. There is no excess on this menu and it is perfect. As such you would expect fresh food from such a menu and they delightfully deliver. Your tastebuds will be able to taste the freshness of the food here. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I ate «the big pig» burger. A ½# hand patted ground pork burger, perfectly seasoned and cooked that was covered in pulled pork and bacon with pepper Jack cheese. The burger was juicy and delicious. There is nothing in this town that compares to their food. You should be beating down the doors to get in. Do yourself a favor and go meet the friendly people with the amazing food.

Excellent! I had the brisket and gravy Poboy. Spouse had fried catfish plate. Both were well prepared and delicious!
Brisket was smoked, tender, and tasted wonderful.
Catfish was fillets in a corn meal batter. Tastes like fried catfish should taste.
Will definitely come back again and again.

Wow! Nothing short of amazing. If your tired of all the chains with there pre made frozen crap. Then your ready for this. I stopped in today and grabbed lunch for the family .We scarfed down every delicious bite. Not a crumb was left. They use all local fresh ingredients and Man U can taste it. The catfish was some of the best I’ve ever had, The boudin balls were amazing, and the meat pie gave me a tastegazm. That’s right I had to make up a new word. It was that good. Needless to say I will be back tomorrow and at least twice a weak for the rest of my life. Please don’t go anywhere!

I had Delta Bound food truck today for lunch and I thought it was fantastic. I ordered a ton of food which includes:
Pork & Cheesy Grits ($ 7): This consisted of cheesy garlic grits, topped with smoked pulled pork, a sort of bourbon with bacon bits sauce and fried pickles.
This entrée was incredible. The pork was juicy and succulent. The GRITS, which I’ve never had before, melted in your mouth and the hints of bacon in the bourbon sauce were such a nice touch. Wow.
Side of Chicken and Dumplings (2.50) — This was disappointing. Although it was good the portion was kind of ridiculous. It was basically like a little plastic cup a restaurant would use if someone were to ask for salad dressing on the side.
Side of Winter Squash (2.50) — Tasty, but also just too small.
Green Salad (2.75) — A pretty simple salad, but I only ordered this so, I could pretend I was eating somewhat healthy.
Overall: I thought this was absolutely delicious and I would 100% eat again. I just would be weary about ordering any sides.

After perusing all the food trucks at Musician’s Corner at Centennial Park, I chose DB for lunch.
Delta Bound was serving yummy catfish tacos with some corn stuff on top. The catfish was crispy and perfectly fried and two tacos were the perfect amount to fill up my tummy. The corn portion was refreshing and a great accompaniment.
I was sad that they were sold out of pimento grilled cheese and they were surprised since they were out just a couple of hours after opening.
If I lived in Nashville this would definitely be a truck that I’d stalk.

Found Delta Bound at Centennial Park during the free music series last weekend. After seeing how unique their menu options were compared to the others, I knew I was eating here. I ended up with the Pork and Grits. The dish came with a juicy slab of lightly pulled pork and a couple fried pickle slices over-​top a bed of cheesy garlic grits.
Even living in SC, I’ve never been a grits fan and maybe only had one dish in the past where I’ve enjoyed them. I typically don’t order them for that reason but, this dish sounded too good to turn down. My eyes have now been opened to tasty grits thanks to Delta Bound. The whole dish was excellent and it was plenty of food for the price. They also take credit cards too.
