They are very dishonest. I have spent hours fighting literally hundreds of dollars of fees. I always ask them if something I do with my plan or phone will cost me extra money and how much and the actual bill that shows up is never the same. Most of the time I can fight for the money back but not always. It’s so strange to be lied to face to face by another adult. Horrible. Once my contract ends I’ll probably move to the next horrible cell phone company :(
Below I’m listing the store «price range» as very high because the price range is NEVER what you are told. It’s really disheartening to see humans behave like that.

Worst concept ever
Today I stopped into this Sprint store to pay my sprint bill. They actually charged me $ 5.00 BUCKS to pay my sprint bill with cash !
This is America Sprint and we use the US Dollar here maybe you should open up shop in Russia.
FYI Switching to Cricket, this is monopoly at sprint. With Cricket I will only ever pay a flat rate that includes all fee’s!
Sprint is well known for add on fees here is just another example of it.
