I had the worst time there last night. A man publicly shamed this woman for being overweight. Him and his girlfriend were awful. Standing and yelling in the bar and throwing things at this woman who was obviously there to just have some dinner with her friends. The moment this couple walked in they were rude to their waitress and rude to this group of women. I witness one of the women say something to him and that is when he lost it. Just flat out fat shaming her. I was embarrassed for her. The management went and sat with the couple and made the woman he was shaming think this was her fault. I have never been a Chilis fan but after experiencing that I will not be going back. Our waitress was kind, the food was mediocre and bland. I just can’t believe an establishment would continue to let a man do this to another paying customer.

My husband and I had lunch here today. We got the chicken burrito lunch combo which also came with a side salad for $ 9.00. Very good and great service

Hostess was a miserable individual, which is understandable and ok since she just sits us. The waiter was nice but kept say sorry because they were too busy. I got the endless soap, salad and chips, never got the chips. I was ok with that, I was there for the soup. It took forever to get my second bowl of soup and when I asked for another, he came back and said there will be a 3 minute wait. I said ok, and waited 5 minutes, then he came back and said it will be 5 more minutes. Not the best experience, and how can you run out of your signature soup?

The outer doors are filthy dirty one week after a big storm. The restaurant has very few people eating, but more customers waiting in the lobby to be seated with a minimum wait of 20 minutes. This is ridiculous seat people, serve food, make money. This should be the rule. Not the path This location is apparently on.

Service was great. The kitchen staff however needs work. We were the first customers of the day and it still took over 30 minutes to get our order. Our waitress kept checking on it and kept us updated but it still took that long. Too bad because we love Chili’s.

The waitress we had was HORRIBLE, but on the plus side. the manager is quite nice. He gave me 5 –5 $$ gift certificates to come back again with… it was that bad. Service was extrememly slow. Food came out two by two… that’s not good when it’s a group of 14! By the time 7 folks were done eating, the other 7 were ready to roll out! We were actually there for FOUR hours too. Bad, bad, bad. Salads were mushy and warm… which means they were ready to go but weren’t given out to the customers in time. I have gone with just one or two people before, and the southwest eggrolls are my FAVORITETHINGEVER, but… won’t go with a large group at all… nope, never. Not even for my eggrolls.

Wait time for a table for five wasn’t that bad. After chips and salsa and guac, and more chips and salsa, food took a while to get to the table. My soup was blah and fries were not fresh. Service was good. That is it!
I haven’t been to chilis in a while but decided to stop in on the way out of the mall. I wish I would have kept walking. I use to be a big fan of this place but don’t see myself ever returning. There were only a handful of people eating but the wait time to get our food was a bit long. Once it did hit the table it was very underwhelming. The potato soup was bleh. Mango chicken was forgettable and I can make better fajitas at home. I advise they get a new chip for their chips and guacamole. The chips are so paper thin you can’t hardly grab them with them breaking. Half the basket was crumbs.
