Bun was toasted but cool. Very salty fries and meat. Ask if they could hold the salt on fries which he responded no problem. Drank 3 or 4 glasses of water later after we got back home. Shake was thick and very good, but for 4.49 $ not sure it was that good.

Husband and I ate here the other night. Husband had a double burger which he enjoyed. I tried out the turkey burger which was pretty good but nothing special. The sweet potato fries here are addicting. We ordered a medium to share and the fries took up half of the tray which made me happy. Will be back here whenever I get a craving for sweet potato fries haha

Very good burgers and I had the strawberry banana shake and it was very very good. I would totally recommend this place when you have to have a burger!

Over priced. $ 35 to feed a family of 4(two under 6yrs old) a bunch of burgers? Granted, tastier than most burgers– but unless someone else is paying we dine elsewhere

The last time I was in Keller(moved away in 2007), this location was a Blockbuster Video! What a change. Visiting some friends and they suggested we give it a try. Wow, what a great burger. It probably wouldn’t make the list of top burgers, but if I still lived in Keller, it would easily make my rotation of frequently visited burger joints. Food was delicious and the price point was spot on. Sometimes I just don’t want to spend $ 8 for a burger. The giant chalk board for the kids to write on… Genius. These people«get» families!

This is going to sound bad but I was pleasantly surprised with our food here! I’ve seen Mooyah’s all over the place but have always assumed that they were just another meh hamburger place. But after seeing a few friends post about grabbing burgers from one of their restaurants here and there my husband and I decided to give them a go. I like a basic burger so I just got a cheeseburger(ketchup and cheese only) with fries and a soda. My husband got a double all the way… and with bacon, I believe… with fries and a drink. Both of us were super happy with our food! Their burgers are cooked fresh and their fries reminded me of my Papaw’s fries. We will definitely be back to Mooyah for burgers. I’m looking to try their turkey burger next time. As for the restaurant and employees: The place was clean and welcoming. Nice and airy… if that makes sense. The employees were all nice and friendly. The manager specifically took time to talk to us about the area since we are moving up around here. Overall this was a very nice experience. I don’t remember what we paid but it wasn’t anything crazy.

Good stuff, but pricey for a burger.

I have been going to this Mooyah location for a couple years and the service is fantastic. The manager and all the staff are all incredibly sweet. However, on my last visit, after eating what I usually order– a Mooyah cheeseburger with Mooyah sauce, fried onion strings, American cheese, and lettuce– I got extremely sick. It’s been about 18 hours now and I am still having stomach distress that started immediately after eating. No vomiting– but everything else. I won’t be back to Mooyah anytime soon.

As a vegan it is great to have a really good vegetarian burger with all the fixings. The black been burger is great on ice or a bun. Good to go here with friends since there is a burger for everyone.

This is a fast food joint that tried to give you some gourmet options. It’s a pretty good burger and they have good options such as sautéed mushrooms and jalapenos. Their trick here is that they put two thick patties and a slice of cheese in the middle. It comes out pretty nice and juicy. For 7 dollars it’s a little bit on the higher end. I would say if the topping make a difference for you then come here, otherwise in n out will always win out both in price, value, and quality.

Most of the time I love the food at this mooya, but today meat was a little dry, and the fries were very over cooked, we have had a lot better

i ordered a chocolate shake and all they did was turn around, fill a cup with vanilla soft serve, pour some chocolate syrup in, and pathetically barely stir it up. If you want a real shake and burger, go to Kincaid’s or Johnny B’s down the road. They actually put some effort into it.

Great burger, good french fries and a friendly staff that will help you figure out how to order correctly. I like the option for the lettuce wrapped burger(bunless), but my husband likes the regular style mooyah burger and it’s always a great quick place to stop and get something to eat.

Clean and contemporary burger joint. All items sold separately, no combo meals here. A Jr. Burger is the same as a mooyah, only it comes with one patty. Average $ 15 – 20 for 2 people. Comparable to 5 guys burgers and fries.

These one-step-up-from-fast-food burger places are everywhere these days. Five Guys, now Mooyah. Mooyah is very similar to Five Guys Burgers and Fries: Both make you wait for your burger to be made. Both give you a ton of fries even when you order a small. Both offer shakes. Mooyah’s burgers are cleaner — less greasy. —- You have to fill out a form to order. I’ve noticed that is popular here: Making the customer do some paperwork before ordering. It’d be nice but there were no pens where I was in line. Everyone keeps sticking them back up towards the front of the line near the register. I checked off a plain 1 burger cheeseburger«Mooyah style». Placed my order. Had to wait a bit. The burger was really good. It looked like the one Sameul L Jackson held in Pulp Fiction. MMMM That IS a tasty burger!!! It was fresh and good — I didn’t notice much zing from that«Mooyah sauce» or whatever they put on there. Vanilla shake is super thick. The straw is pointless. You’ll need to let it melt. Fries are fesh cut and cooked well. Good for dipping into your vanilla shake. What, you never heard of that? Try it and you’ll be hooked! Lunch was $ 13, which is a lot, but I got a shake so, that’s like desert too. I’d go back — the burgers are nice and not overly greasy. Good stuff.

Moo-blah. Very average. I had the veggie burger. Slightly burned on the edges and greasy. Tasted pretty good though. Had the whole wheat bun. A bit too large and ordinary. Toppings were good. I had grilled onions and lettuce. My daughter’s Turkey burger tasted ok but she left with an upset stomach. The sweet potatoes fries? I thought they were a bit on the dry and tasteless side. Nice dining area and quick service. Bummer the food is so average.

Nicely seasoned burger, excellent fries and very friendly and helpful staff. It was about 9:30PM when we rolled in. Being new to the franchise, we did not know what to expect, but the helpful staff spelled it all out for us. I’m glad it was late, and not very crowded(OK, we were the only customers), as we had a few questions. Bottom line, pretty amazing that all toppings are free… Yes, there are some«extras» that will cost ya(cheese/bacon/avocado), but all the standard stuff, and the not so standard(grilled onions, jalapeños, sautéed mushrooms, special mooyah sauce), are included gratis(and Thuy went for them all). There is also a nice selection of sauces, e.g. A1, BBQ, Buffalo, Ranch, Cholula and the aforementioned special mooyah sauce(not really sure what is is, but is was good) that you can use to create a truly custom burger. Like I mentioned, Thuy loaded here burger up and I went with the«Mooyah Style», which is lettuce, tomato, pickle, grilled onions and the special sauce). We both thoroughly enjoyed our burgers and devoured the fries. We unanimously decided we would not hesitate to come back.

First time coming here… and very happy with the visit. I was in Westlake for business, so my brother picked me up at my hotel. I’m originally from Mesquite, so I’ve not familiar with these parts. I Unilocaled the area and thanks to my fellow Unilocalers, I decided Mooyah seemed inexpensive and yummy. I wasn’t disappointed. Easy to order your grub. The staff is super friendly. And we probably waited 5 minutes for our food, which the guy brought to us. We both had the junior burger on whole wheat, with a regular fries(for 1 – 2 peeps), and a small vanilla milkshake and a medium chocolate milkshake. Everything was great! I will definitely try to come up here again.

Mooooooo yaaaaaaaaaaah!(Rhymes with Boooyah!). The name of this restaurant takes me back to my middle school years when this popular«diss» was the catch phrase of times. Me: «Hey, I’ll bet you I can beat you running to the end of the street, you want to race?», You: «No way your faster than me! It’s on!». *Frenzied footrace ensues, ending with me winning*. Me: «Boooyaaah! I beat you! I told you so!» Mooyah puts a savory, beefy, cheesy, milkshakey new spin on this«age old slam»(haha, not really). I’m diggin’ it and am totally trying to make this catch on as part of common vernacular in North Texas. Here me out… Me: «I’ll bet you I can finish my burger, fries, and shake faster than you!». You: «Pssshaa yeah, right! In your dreams! You’re on!» *Frenetic eating race commences, ending with me winning*. Me: «Mooooooyaaaaah! Cheeseburger in yo’ face!». Are we starting to understand the practical utility of this word now, class? No, but honestly, Mooyah is a fast growing chain in the north texas area(I think it’s only in this area?). They serve up quality delicious made to order burgers, hand cut specially seasoned fries, and creamy thick delcious milkshakes. They have a myriad of all the classic burger garnishes, plus some more creative options, and they let you customize your burger and pile it high with cheese, veggies, grilles mushrooms/onions, peppers, advocados, and a bevy of sauces. In addition to the tasty beef burgers, the also have Turkey Burgers and Veggie burgers, both I highly recommend. For the carbohydrate concious, you can make any burger into an «Iceburger» and they will sub the bun for crispy fresh iceberg lettuce wrapping your burger. It seems weird, but it works, and its not too bad. You’d actually be surprised how much layers of iceburg lettuce will hold in terms of toppings. Probably the best burger you’ll ever have, at a chain at least!

Great place to grab a burger and I love the fresh fries. Service was great and Jason the manager makes you feel like a regular. I like people saying hello and having a smile when they take your order. You tell them what you want on the burger and they make it to order. Is it the best there ever was? Maybe or maybe not but some people like vanilla and some like chocolate. I have visited Mooya’s in various locations over 40 times and everytime I have a great experience.
