I have bought shoes from Clarks for years. I bought 3 pair to take on vacation. One pair squeaked so loudly I couldn’t wear them. Another pair rubbed my heel so badly I literally walked to my car and turned around and walked back in because I couldn’t wear them. The third pair $ 150 pair of sandals I wore one time on vacation and they rubbed a blister on the bottom of my foot because of the stitching. I was unable to walk and therefore stayed inside for a full day of my vacation and never wore the shoes again. So 3 pair of shoes, $ 250 later and I can’t wear any of them. I try to return them and am told too bad, wear a band aid because we don’t accept returns on worn shoes… It would be impossible to know that the $ 150 pair of sandals will wear a blister on the bottom of your foot without wearing them so this seems like extremely poor business practice to have your clerk say well wear a band aid on the bottom of your foot. However, I tried and guess what, the band aid won’t stay on because of rubbing on the stitching… the same issue that caused the blister… Very expensive shoes to be so poorly made Poor business practice to sell these shoes and not accept them to be returned when they are clearly unwearable.

New manager! She’s a great help. She found the discontinued shoes I was looking for and had them shipped from AZ.

I’m a fan of comfort and my feet love the pillow like feel of Clarks shoes. find them very comfy right out of the box. I’ve been to this location a few times and the staff has always been helfpul and courteous. Only giving them an A-OK bc I usually find shoes/boots I like but more times than not, I need to order and have my size shipped to my home. Shipping is free and if they don’t work out, you can return them in person. I’ve had no issues with returns. Even lost my receipt once and they looked it up. If you buy Clarks regularly, they have a punch card that earns you discounts on future purchases.

I’m a teacher.. That means I have to wear really good shoes but I don’t want to wear ugly shoes. To make matters more difficult, I have wide feet. Yep. I am a Lithuanian princess. We’ve all got wide feet and wide hips. We’re built to be good Catholic baby making machines. But I digress… Shoe shopping for me is not retail therapy, its hell. Finding shoes that fit is a very big challenge. Clarks has routinely been my store for finding wide shoes with great support that are still fashionable. If you want shoes with lots of support, go here. Expect to drop 100 bucks a pair but they wear like iron and last a long time. I’d rather have one great pair of shoes than a bunch of cheap painful ones.
