This is an awesome store to check out. It’s full of unique toys, books, wind chimes, etc. they carry Toms, Dansko shoes. Lots of stuff for the camper and/or biker in you. I love looking at the women’s clothing. They have some neat skirts and tops that you don’t see anywhere else. It’s all cool, eclectic merchandise and the staff are so helpful and just plain kind. Ready to help anytime. Go check it out. It’s worth it.

If I could, I’d rate this particular store 0 stars. I love whole earth provisions in general but the customer service in this store is beyond terrible. Best way to describe this store is, have you ever seen the movie Empire Records? Basically everyone is a douche tool bag. All of the employees stand around socializing with one another, talking about their personal lives. The employees in this store really hate customers and customer service. On several occasions I had to ask for assistance with shoes and fitting rooms while the employees made eye contact with me but they would NOT ask me if they could help me in any way. I stood around while the older«mom type» associate was giving a young lady advice about insurance coverage, others talked about which spaghetti warehouse to go to, either Dallas or the one in Fort Worth. Which by they way I learned that one of them has a trolley. The other group debated on whether they should hang out more often or not while someone else complained about being in the hospital to get an iv and steroids while he disclosed that he has an illness unbeknownst to his coworkers. This was not the first time I received this type of customer service in this store but the first few times I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today however, was the final straw for me. I’d rather make the trip to the mockingbird location or Preston road than have another miserable experience at the Southlake location. If you want to deal with pompous, condescending, useless college dropout pricks, then you’ve come to the right place! Otherwise, make the trip to Dallas, it’ll be worth it.

Outdoorsy store that carries a variety of books, earthy eclectic jewelry, candles, and gifts for that active person in your life. A bit overpriced for my taste but perhaps you’ll find something here to your liking. Check the back for sales. They also have a section of toys for the kiddos.

You need to experience this store. Be prepared to plan your time appropriately as they have so many unique items that you could be in here for hours. The staff is the best so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and make your experience with the visit. They have men’s, women’s and children’s departments as well as camping, toys and yoga gear. So much to see and really unique and interesting assortments. My favorite department is the shoe department. They have a great selection if Birkenstocks and Dansko’s which I wear for comfort and to improve my posture. If you have foot, knee or hip problems then you need to rethink your footwear. I had severe hip pain last summer and realized it was the flip flops I was wearing. Dansko’s shoes changed my ability to walk without pain. They do offer lots of other shoes for running, climbing and etc. Plan a visit and explore this store.

A bit expensive, but this place is wonderful! I had been meaning to go in, but I’m always walking my dog when I walk by… Until I noticed the sign that well behaved dogs are allowed inside! My Doberman Jax got tons of attention from employees and customers alike. The employees are super nice and helpful. Definitely a new favorite place.
