Staff seemed disorganized. Food supply was low, so server was being skimpy with everything from the lettuce to the cheese. The atmosphere is loud and cold. The steak was terrible ~ tough, grizzly, yuck! Service was slow even though few people were there. I selected guacamole as a topping and was charged more for that, but when I asked for chips to go with it, was told I had to pay extra for that as well. The salad cost over $ 10 and they couldn’t afford to throw in a few chips? I’ll never eat there again.

Delicious food! I got the brown rice, chicken, pinto beans, sour cream and cheese bowl! The patron was cheap and small for 7 $

Good food you expect from any Chipotle location. Very crowded at lunch hour. To the staff — Seriously, clean your front door. The handle is grungy and looks like it is never cleaned. It only takes a few minutes each week. Not what I want to grab before shoving a burrito in my mouth. Thanks.

I go here weekly because I love the chain’s food. Service — some days are good, most of the time the staff is not very friendly nor have any personality. My biggest pet peeve is when they run low on steak, so they try to skimp on the steak to make it last longer. I paid for a whole meal, I expect a whole meal. It seems lately, I’ve been having to ask for more steak than they give me, and I can tell they get frustrated. Well, if you didn’t skimp on the meat in the beginning, I wouldn’t have to ask! Food — is always fresh but they are constantly low on steak. They need to cook more of it so it’d last longer.

Amazing experience for someone who is not a huge Chipotle fan. Friendly staff, clean environment and food is delicious. I was hoping for a full meal, but I ended up getting like a kids meal. I wanted to asked for more for every selection, because they were very stingy with the amount they placed in the bowl. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Best chipotle in America. Traveled to and fro and the location in Southlake takes the cake. Keep up the good work guys!

Needs tweaking in the line on assembly of plates. Ran out of chips! Building is small for neighborhood.

I like chipotle. Chipotle is always an easy go to for me but unfortunately this particular chipotle you need to get there at 11AM or else you will really regret waiting in the line that wraps around the inside and possibly the outside of the building. I always hesitate to go to chipotle if I have a large order because most the time I get a dirty look from the people making my food and the people behind me. That’s why I like the option to order online. I am a fan of the salads but would rather eat a huge burrito if it was in my diet. Chipotle has really good chips and salsa and guacamole. I also recently like the option to have corn tortillas for my tacos that are soft shell and not hardshell that tend to get really flimsy and soggy. My kids love the large cheese and chicken quesadillas as a go to and they also enjoy the options for kids there as well. Chipotle is definitely a good choice just make sure you get there before the rush!

this is literally the WORST run chipotle in the history of life… i’ve written chipotle several times about this and nothing has been done.

I had wanted to eat at a Chipotle’s for quite a while and was looking forward to it. I may have wanted to wait longer. The food was bland, boring, canned tasting, over priced and I kept feeling that I was in line at a prison looking for my next meal. Very institutionalized setting, not bad if you like that kind of cuisine. Lets face it, school lunch ladies have more personality then the employees at this Chipotle’s. The floor had litter, tables were half bussed or weren’t at all cleaned — one person cleaned his own table before he sat down to eat. How this franchise, Southlake, TX, stays in business is questionable. The great part is that I don’t have to go back and I won’t.

Wtf. If you see that you are almost out of veggies, tell the cook in the back to start making a new batch. Don’t wait until there are none left and then after I finally get to the front of the line after a 30 min wait, tell me that you are going to start making a new batch NOW and that it will be another 15 minutes. This happens every time I go to this chipotle. Today will be my last visit ever.

I made a Unilocal acct just for this. 1. The food is bland 2. The only thing I enjoyed was the water.(Sorry but I get mean when I’m hungry) 3. You can’t be stingy AND rude, you need to pick one. 4. Not only did I pay full price for half a bowl of bland food, you guys were rude too… Smh furious 5. In case you were wondering. That one star is for the water.

Predictable. When I’m in a hurry and I don’t want to seek out a new restaurant to dine at, Chipotle fits the bill. I like the chain since I am able to order just one or two tacos if I’m not too hungry. I especially love their chicken and carnitas. I really like supporting the chain since they are environmentally conscious about the products they use. They have some of the best chips and guacamole around. I can never eat there without an order of chips and guac! I love Chipotle!

Don’t get me wrong, I love Chipotle. The rice mixed with my steak, sour cream to top it off, and guacamole on the side. yummmm! However, Southlake location just deserves three stars. It’s always just too busy and too understaffed. I don’t see why during lunch, I need to stand in line for 30 minutes just to get my burrito bowl. By the time it’s my turn, the staff is so overwhelmed that the peppers aren’t ready and sometimes I have to go back to the beginning of the line just to get my first toppings. In terms of working against time, the staff may need to up the kitchen manpower :( Aside from that, go Chipotle! It’s quite pricy for the amount of food you get, but you are paying for convenience and cheap yumminess.
