You want nothing to do with this company. Let me tell you about dishonesty at Berkeley heart lab. They send me a bill. A very high bill. I call them and remind them of the agreement they have with my doctor’s office, not to charge anymore than $ 89 over what the insurance pays. Berkley acknowledges this and says it is true. I ask them to send me a bill reflecting this, with the $ 89 added, and I will pay in full. Berkley says the way they have to do it, is I pay them the entire abount the insurance paid me, and Berkeley will send me a bill for $ 89. My fear was that once I sent them the nearly $ 2500 from the insurance, they would bill me the remainder of nearly $ 800, instead of the agreed price of $ 89. I again asked them to send me a revised bill reflecting the correct amount. They said no, it had to be done this way, but don’t worry, it will be only $ 89.
I sent the nearly $ 2500 to them, and Berkeley sent me a bill for nearly $ 800. Do you want to do any business with someone like this?
