We rented a condo at Ocean Vista Condos from Padre Island Getaways. The people at Padre Island Getaways were nice, warm, friendly and helpful.
The condos appear to be in great shape. A little noisy here at night but otherwise a great & location.
The biggest downfall really is that it is SPI. In my opinion SPI is pricier than many other the beach retreats and has much less to offer (I.E. Myrtle Beach, Gulf Shores, Daytona, etc.)
