We would always come and enjoy our food and always encounter good service, it seems they got a whole new crew that look depress. Today it was the worst service ever management have a attitude the one with glasses rolled her eyes and gave me a look that I didn’t understand it seems only because there management doesn’t mean they need to act rude, never coming back what ever happened to the nice friendly staff that was here with a smile

I moved out to paramount for a few months for work. First place i found to eat was this wingstop and they sell alcohol. So of the back i liked the place. Also the staff was awesome. Julie greated me right when i step in. Andrea (manager) and Cinthia went above and beyond by bringing my food and refilling my ice cold pacifico. My meal was given in a timely manner. For sure, i will return for Cajon wings and a ice cold beer!

There are a lot of misconceptions about the store such as it being infested and wrong orders. The store is clean for one and there are always rude customers trying to get free food after getting rid of the evidence. I have waited in line and scene customers no know the differences between boneless and bone-​in. Their wings are bomb and the quality depends on the cooks. I for one like their BBQ habanero and there hot garlic. Trust me and try their BBQ habanero which is both BBQ and Mango habanero combined.

I love the wings here. The service is super slow. It’s completely empty on a Monday afternoon and it’s taken almost a half hour to get our food. It wouldn’t be so terrible if the people who came in after us already got their food!

Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t busy, but It took 10 min just to get anybody serve our table. Appetizer took 20 min then another 30 min for other food. In the mean time, they came to our table 4 times with wrong foods and drinks!!! Many waitresses looked new.

HORRIBLE service! Took forever to get the food. We ordered and paid for the loaded fries but were served cheese fries. A little later the waitress came with a container for chillies for the fries. I told her we ordered loaded fries which were supposed to be topped with pico de gallo and jalapeños she said «the menu is wrong it’s one or the other». Menu clearly says AND not OR. The difference between loaded and cheese fries is only $ 2 but it’s he principle. Either you’re too lazy to fix my order or too lazy to change the menu. Which one is it? Aside from that ambiance was fine food was average. Won’t be back.

Came in tonight to purchase some wings to go with my pizza. Jasmine the cashier that helped me out was very polite and attentive. Food was delicious as always. Ordered some cajun and lemon pepper.
Just wanted to drop a review for the good customer service.

Have been to this wingstop location several times already and every single time both the service and the food has been amazing! This is the best wingstop location, it’s new, there’s a lot of tvs that all tables have a good view of and its very clean. Food is out within good timing and always crispy and cooked to perfection! On weekends parking is horrible but well worth it!

I usually have a good meal and experience but last I came it took them four times to get my order right. The lady working there was extremely rude and disrespectful. Will not be coming back!

I have never experienced any trouble with this wing stop. They’re always punctual and fast. I usually order over the phone carry out and pick up.

Love wingstop in general. I’ve been to this location about 7 – 8 times now either to dine in or take out and can’t complain. I always get Cajun boneless wings and fries with extra seasoning and bleu cheese. I’ve been to some wingstops where they go light on the cajun seasoning and sauce but here they always have a good amount. Also cool place to dine in– other wingstops I usually take to go but this one is really big, has flat screens tvs everywhere, and some basic bottle and on tap beers.

The first time I ever saw the new Coca Cola crate it yourself machines was here! I love the atmosphere.
Friends get together to watch sports games, but it’s very family friendly also.

I highly recommended their original flavored wings, it’s somewhat of a Louisiana hot sauce. Their Parmesan wings are awesome and their lemon pepper wings are great too.
I haven’t had a wrong flavor there that I didn’t like. Their most popular is mango habanero.
You can choose between bone in and boneless

Had dinner last night ordered 10 piece lemon pepper and garlic parmesan now me and my wife are sick with food poisoning STAY AWAY

Much nicer then the other wingstops I’ve been to in terms of seating space and ease of getting seats. The staff like all wingstops are very friendly and helpful :)
Love that they have the coke freestyle machine (two actually)
Lots of tv’s with good games and sporting events, even mma fights sometimes, probably not ppv like buffalo wild wings but Idk.
Love coming here for the boneless mango habanero and honey bbq! I mainly come here on the boneless sales Monday and Tuesday. 60cents a wing min 5 (sometimes they say 10)

So we ordered about 30 minutes ago and barely got out food. The cashier Zayra said it would be about 11 minutes. All the employees here look like they’re depressed.

Hey, you can never go wrong with wings. WingStop just seems to be holding on to me as the ones that I can never get too much of!
Located right in the new Azalea shopping center in South Gate, this is by far also the biggest Wing Stop I have ever ate at. It is big enough to sit well over 50 people. They do have big screen TVs, as well as machines where you can customize your own drinks. Every time I come here, I have always been treated with pleasant service and all around great eats! I have never came at a time when I could not find any place to sit. Lucky and even better for me!
Tis Wing Stop is more of a sports bar vibe to it. Hey, with such great service, yummy wings and games always being shown on tv, it already has my approval!

They got my order wrong. Very simple order — 6 classic wings and fries. I’ve been here a few times and when I dine in I find it to be satisfying (if it isn’t packed). However, whenever I get take-​out, there always seems to be something wrong with my order. I guess just check your stuff before you leave.

As always love the Hot wings. Customer service is great! This place never disappoints. Doesn’t get too packed so even better. Always come here for lunch and we are always satisfied! I kind of like it more then bww.

I like wingstop. I go to wingstop all the time. Their wings are great. The wings are great here as well.
But they are marketing this place as a sports bar so then they better have some sports on to watch.
I come in today and half the TVs are off and the other half is turned on to the soccer game. Since I am not a soccer fan I go to a corner where a TV is off and ask them if they can put on the Angels game. Well after about 20 minutes of them trying to put on the game, they fail. They are getting a directv error saying that they have to reset the receiver and check the cables. The people that helped me were really apologetic and nice. But I would think management would try to get hold of directv or whoever handles their service to try and get this matter resolved. Instead their solution was to turn off the TVs that were not getting any service.
I will try this place again to see how it works out.
**UPDATE**
I was contacted by the owner of this wingstop and I was told that the receivers were overheating which was messing everything up. They are currently fixing the problem. Since ownership went out of their way to message me, it shows that they care and I will give them 4 stars instead of 2.

Wingstop always has delicious food, I ordered 20 piece mango habanero (highly recommended).
One thing I’ve learned is that if you want your food to go always order ahead as it usually always takes about 15 — 20min to get you food, even when it’s fairly slow.
Oh and you have to pay for extra for ranch :(
