Came to this wells Fargo with my cousin he was going to deposit a check and withdraw some money. One of the workers told him if it was a Wells Fargo check he can just deposit it at the atm and funds would be available. Atm took check funds weren’t available had to wait about 30 minutes for them to make funds available and withdraw his money.

I usually don’t go to banks for the same reasons as everyone else, the lines and the fact that banks work very slow and it’s understandable I want them to take their time and get my money situation right. I use online banking it’s there for a reason, stop crying. This was my attitude when I walked in on Friday, I thought I was going to have to be there and endure a long wait time and I would have to talk to different people, not the case. My wife and I got paired up with banker Ariadna Sanchez, by far the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with. She greeted us with a smile and it was all great from then on. She was able to answer all of our questions and if she did not have the answers she was Johnny on the spot and got us information. This branch needs to model more customer service reps after her, she even stayed late past the closing time. She did not rush us and when we left we were super satisfied. She was nice and professional and interactive, I don’t like banks but she made our experience the best. Looks like we have a new go to person in this branch, thanks Ms Sanches maybe some day you can can run this place and make a difference, sincerely two happy customers

Very courteous but slow slow slow. Two tellers during peak hours. Granted it’s a Wednesday but still there are 5 personal bankers available. One of them can’t help behind the counter? I’ll change my rating when I see better scheduling for peak hours…

Off topic but why isn’t there a NOSTAR option for places like this that allow employees to stand there doing absolutely nothing yet acting like your helping me out by telling me to sit down instead of being a real manager and actually assisting your employees with the lobby full of customers and no one in line at all for bank tellers… I came in for a temporary debit card and I have been here 45 mins still waiting… I will never use this branch again it is honestly sad how when asking how long is the wait and being told I don’t know it all depends, then smiling like that was an actual acceptable answer for someone who has been with Wells Fargo for 11 years. I’m glad that Chase and Bank of America are both next door to this disrespectful, complacent, depressing, lack of leadership and REAL management, and to top it all off the simple minded lady who doesnt greet you at door like every other Wells Fargo I have ever been in but instead the lazy broad was to busy gossiping with the young woman security guard who was loud mouthed and rude as well. But when the floor manager acts that way then I’m sure then that’s acceptable and common behavior here. They are both looking at me now not knowing i am writing this review but they don’t care anyways I’m sure… This all has gotten me so furious and so disappointed that I had to do this review. Respect your customers, without happy customers you don’t have a job sweet heart … Thanks for the common courtesy …
