They have been very helpful. From regular water sample checkups, to a recent tear in my liner. Courteous staff. Always willing to help and provide advise on how to fix things.

Their motto is «question or problem … a;ways here to help.» We recently bought a house and wanted to hire them to fix our pool light. So they came out with a light and said they couldn’t fix it until we did many other things(new electrical box, etc.) They sent us a bill for $ 145 for a «service call», A YEARLATERFROM A COLLECTIONAGENCY! We have perfcet credit and for them to do this to both my wife and I is unbelieveable. We even called and asked them why they were billing us and they said just because they showed up. It would have been the same cost to actually replace the light. I can’t believe that $$$ is the most important thing to them over doing the right thing. And we have to pay because it would cost so much more to fight it and hire attorneys etc and they know that. Why a company thinks they are big enough to stick it to the little guy who is just trying to get by, is beyond me? I hope the money they got from us was so important, because it is the last they will get from us or anyone in our neighborhood. We are committed to making sure other people know this is how they operate so that no one else has to experience what we have been through or will be damaged by their business ethics.

They put two cuts in my liner when they installed it and told me they didn’t need to be fixed. Now my pool is losing water and they want to charge me for a diver. They also charged me to fix their pool installation that keeps popping out of the channel and the stairs were never right from day one. I wouldn’t spend another dime with them. To top it all, their people are always in a bad mood when they show up or talk on the phone and on at least two trips to my house they billed me and did no work. Don’t waste money here.
