So I ordered online a Hawaiin hand tossed pizza and I got a Specialty pizza. I called within the hour to ask what was the difference because I thought I was getting the pizza with the garlic spice on the crust and the guy said that I needed to order handtossed and not specialty. I went back and looked at my confirmation email and I did order the Handtossed. So I called again later in the day and spoke to the assistant manager and she said I ordered the New Hawaiian pizza. My confirmation states that I ordered the Handtossed Honolulu Hawaiian pizza. Nowhere does it say it is the ‘New’ pizza. So I got a pizza that I didn’t order and the assistant manager did nothing about it. She was kind of rude about it. I’m not looking for free pizza. I just want to get what I ordered. Won’t order from here ever again.

Great Service and pizza, at great prices. Awesome delivery people, braving the snow storms to bring our hot, delicious pizza. My favorite pizza is the thin crust, BBQ sauce, bacon and pineapple, suggested by our delivery guy, Max. So good. All of my employees are obsessed with this pizza now.

Update: I was contacted by owner and we had a nice series of emails about their decision to eliminate packets of peppers. See below for that. This review is for the food and online app. The food was great and online ordering was super convenient and fast. It’s nice to be able to see the specials online and have the price actually reflect the special. Novel concept! They even sent me an email telling me my order was in the oven. That’s when we left and was ready by the time we got there. Win for technology! This review is all about how they wanted to charge me $ 1 for crushed red pepper and Parmesan packets. I ordered online, via the app, which was super easy and convenient. Drove from Fall City to Snoqualmie to pick up the order. After paying for pizza, bites, chicken wings and leaving tip, the cashier asks if I would like anything else. I said, «oh yeah, Can I please get a couple crushed red pepper packets?» He goes to the register and hits a button and says that will be $ 1. I laughed and said, «ok». I seriously thought he was joking! Nope. Said they now charge for crushed red pepper and Parmesan. I know I shouldn’t be this upset over a $ 1, but come on! I know it only costs probably 1 or 2 dollars at most for the ingredients for the pizza. Charging $ 1 fee for pepper packets and cheese? Crazy. Stick with Costco pizza. Huge pizza, $ 10! As many packets of pepper and cheese as you want. Plus, they will give you plated and utensils if needed!

Just moved from Redmond to Snoqualmie Ridge recently. Even though we live within 3 miles we can’t order via online service so we must call in orders. I wonder if this is so the store doesn’t have to pay higher franchise fee/s for adding broader delivery area. Calling into the store has been horrible due to poor trained and not friendly staff. Staff can’t hear well with high noise level in the store and no patience to take the order. Last order we called in and the girl answering phone didn’t know types of pizza/toppings offered and I paid almost double as she didn’t give any discount for our pizza’s that the online system would have. When pizza came we ended up with wrong order… plain cheese pizza.

Seahawks vs Cardinals, go Hawks, picked up the pizza middle of the second quarter. Was surprised from time of order to pick up was only 20 minutes. I’m upgrading my rating as my pizza was sliced into pie shape rather than a bunch of little squares like last time. The pizza, the meat ganza one was tasty. Note to self, don’t order extra sauce as its too gooey for my liking. The price was right compared to Uncle Si and Sahara though not as good as earlier this summer must be football season.

After ordering online and waiting over an hour, I finally called in and they told me «We are slammed and haven’t’ even started making your order, would you like me to cancel it?» To which I replied yes. I was NOT impressed with the staff at this location, and will likely just order Frankies pizza in the future.

The go-to place for late-night lazy motherf*ckers. Now open until midnight! My body is falling apart around me but my soul calls for cheesy bread and Brooklyn Style pizza. The delivery people age from 8 – 80 and each one spryly mounts the steps to my Fat Kingdome with confident, muscular bounds. I’ve had Dominos in Indiana, Missouri, and California. I’m not sure if this specific location is closer to the distribution center, or if their workers just actually care, but their pizza is always cooked evenly, tastes the best out of all the locations I’ve mentioned, and despite over a dozen orders, there’s not been a single mistake. They have on occasion not had everything we ordered online, but they have both docked our cost or offered to give us the items free the next order. This is totally standard with other franchise pizza in my experience.

Terrible service. Ordered a pizza and was told on the order confirmation that it would be 31 – 41 minutes. 80 minutes later, here I am with no pizza. Called to ask if my order was still coming to which I was told«yeah, we’re slammed sooooo it’s going to be late.» … Me: «can you please check that my order went through because the online order tracker isn’t working?» … –Him: «uh, yeah. It’s with the driver»… Perhaps the customer service reps should be trained in customer service before working with customers? Just an idea. Not how I’m used to being treated when having a negative experience. On the bright side, the driver was very polite and friendly. The only plus.
