Dropped in here today to get gear for Steelhead fishing. I asked the owner what to get and not only did he help me choose everything I needed, gave me explicit instructions on how to set up my rig, where to fish, time to go, etc. The prices were comparable to anything online or at the big box stores, so personally I would rather support this local shop. If you look up the address on Google Maps, it still says Triangle Beverage but the address is right. Hopefully someone helps him change his online presence as I am sure people are driving by without being aware of this great shop!

While this place may have at one time been a convenience store, now it is a small bait and tackle store. They have a little bit of everything, including information about where the fish are biting.
This might not be the place for serious fishermen and you can certainly find cheaper prices online but it’s a fixture. When I was little, my dad and I would stop here before fishing and he would get me a snack and a new lure. I hope I get the chance to take my kids here before their first fishing trip.

Sooooooo much more than a beverage store! In fact I only consider this a bait and tackle shop. They have over 50,000 lures! Great prices on crab pot set ups, boil kits etc. They of course also sell fishing licenses and all that jazz. Just a little mom and pop place with all the selection a crusty and not so crusty fisherman could want with reasonable prices. They don’t have a large selection of bigger gear like tackle boxes but as far as lures, bait etc it’s a great place to hit up!
