I’ve gone to the store in Old Orchard and have not run into the trouble with staff or anything else; however, I went to the store in Woodfield Mall and was amazed! It’s a much larger store, but what I liked about it was everything was out in the open in trays for your to look at — not«hidden» like in the Old Orchard store. It’s great when you really don’t know what you want, and to see everything up close and«in-person» is worth the extra miles for me to go.

I have been in this location multiple times. Every single time, my mother and I have been ignored and looked at is if we were annoying the sales associates. Not once did they greet us! What kind of service is that? Because this tiny store gets so packed, you would think they would know how to handle many customers at once. But this is definitely not the case. They let people idle and walk around the store in circles waiting to be helped. How hard is it to say«I’ll be with you in a few minutes» !!! Obviously the customers who enter this store plan on spending a good sum of money, so one would think they could at least say HELLO. Very, very disappointed.

For my 50th birthday my kids and husband purchased a bracelet for me with 4 charms and two spacers. A few weeks later I noticed one of the spacers was missing. I called and was told it could not be replaced be because there was no way of knowing it was lost. Ok?! I purchased another spacer. Several weeks later while showing my sister the bracelet I noticed the paint brush on the artist palette was missing. Found receipt trekked back down to Old Orchard to replace it. It had to be sent out not replaced on the spot. Went back to pick it up a week or so later. Just realized I have the same spacer I replaced missing again, just the band is there. Took off the bracelet. I’m disgusted. This bracelet and these charms are expensive and while I understand that it is no ones fault, I was told I could wear my bracelet all the time. I will not purchase another item from pandora and when you lose something like a spacer it should be replaced for free. It’s a billion dollar company after all.

Whenever I pass this Pandora it’s always packed, but for how busy it normally is they have a pretty good assembly line in a sense. When you walk in you will be greeted and put on a list(if there is a wait). When an employee is available, they will then assist you. Whether you’re starting from scratch or just adding to a bracelet they will gladly assist you in finding exactly what you want. The reason I’m taking the time to write this review is simply because I had a good experience and on Unilocal this pandora location doesn’t deserve its two and a half star rating. I myself looked here on Unilocal before going and was about to look for an alternative location or just not get pandora jewelry at all, but after taking the chance I found this experience to be a pleasant one! The only reason I stay away from rating this a five star location is due to the constant cluster of people in the store! It seems to be packed the majority of days and some more space would have made the experience perfect! Still, check the place out for yourself if you’re interested!

I was shopping with my daughter for her bridal party gifts. It is a very small store. There were 6 sales staff. 4 were helping customers. 2 were leaning over the register and one was actually yawning. We stood in the center of the store for 5 minutes and waited for anyone to ask if we needed help. Nothing. Then, the yawner, walked past us and asked the next person if they needed help. We left. Disgusting customer service.

I was there today to pick up just one charm and even though a different sales person waits on me with every visit, I continually receive friendly, attentive service. Cindy, the manager, was there and not only remembered me, but remembered my two previous visits. Very impressive considering the last one was during a promotional sale and the store was packed!

Unfortunately I received a defective charm for Christmas as a gift, it kept falling off. So I called this Pandora and spoke with Cindy, the manager, and she told me to come in so she could check it. When I did, she took a look at it and simply gave me a new one, no questions, no hassle :) she was great, really friendly and I was super pleased with the customer service.

Unfortunately its so sad to walk in a store like«Pandora» and get bad service. Bad attitudes, they rush you(as if they were paying for your purchase. All the 3x that I have gone in there this year has been the same issue. Its the closes location but will have to change store because Pandora @ the Old Orchard location is loosing costumer because of workers ATTITUDE& Lack of Charisma. So sad to sound mean but its the truth!!!

The return policy is horrible. They did NOT let us know that a gift receipt was NOT enough documentation for a return. Why would anyone give the recipient of a gift the original receipt? That would be tacky. I have two bracelets but will never go back, get any more charms or recommend the Pandora line to anyone.

Where do I start? I had received a Pandora bracelet and 3 charms as a birthday gift. It turned out if I wanted to purchase more charms the bracelet might have been a little too snug. I strolled into the store and the manager greeted me. At the time I was wearing my bracelet and explained her the situation except that I could not locate my receipt. Perfectly made sense when she suggested I get a slightly longer bracelet but would need my receipt since its franchise blah blah. Being a logical person yes I understood that and contacted my friend who purchase the gift and located the receipt. The following weekend I return to the store only to be told that now I have worn the bracelet and she cannot take it back. I had my baby with my so I was not going to give her a piece of my mind but seriously you are going to tell me that a week ago it was fine but not now when I actually have a receipt. The receipt only states that it should be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Needless to say the lady is not a very smart business woman as such business is sustained by purchasing CHARMS not bracelets. I will not be purchasing any more charms as my bracelet length will not accommodate such. Stay clear is all I can say. I am all about supporting local businesses as that is a franchise but when you are just flat out not business smart guess what… perhaps its your time to go, SOON!

Would have to agreed with Suzi L. Recently purchased some charms for an existing bracelet my wife has. When we got them home put them on bracelet to look at them and then took them off. When I returned them, the sales rep. immediately went into her pitch about how they had been worn and that I couldn’t return them. Don’t know why I didn’t go to my local jeweler who sells them. Would not buy from this store unless you completely satisfied before you walk out the door.

Dateline, early February 2011. It was time for my annual Valentine’s Day freeze-up — the routine most guys face when a major gift giving, couples-oriented occasion arises. Luckily, I was prepared this year. Last Christmas, my wife received a Pandora charm bracelet from her mom. This presented itself as a perfect opportunity to help her build a collection of beads to go on it. In case you aren’t familiar, the Pandora bracelets consist of a sturdy-looking bracelet with the beads sold separately, each handsomely crafted and some with precious or semi-precious stones embedded on them. There’s all sorts of occasions, hobbies, and themes for these beads, whether it’s the birth of a child, a symbolic representation of someone in the family, or something just for fun. These beads can be added, removed or rearranged as you please. There’s even storage cases for the bracelet and bead collection. Located in the outdoor Old Orchard mall, Pandora is just south of the Macy’s store, amidst a cluster of other small shops. I found it without a problem, as it was close to the southern end of the«Green» parking lot. From the moment I walked in, someone was there to assist. I asked the lady behind the counter what she would recommend for Valentine’s Day and she had a rack of assorted beads ready to show me. In a matter of about 5 minutes, I found the«Heart of Gold» bead, which was the perfect thing I was looking for. I was in and out quickly and I got the right gift at the same time. While I downplayed the value of the gift I had for my wife, I know that she loved it. So guys, if you want to have an easy time giving gifts, get a Pandora bracelet for your significant other, and the possibilities can be endless and you can«go back to the well» year after year with different beads and designs, with each bead a unique statement for the occasion.
