They opened in early July and their quality shined right out of the box. Since then, I’ve eaten several meals there. Long-​time chef Scott (the owner) and his family are service-​oriented and really work to accommodate special requests. They have dairy-​free, gluten-​free and vegan options when available. Food takes about 10 minutes, but it is worth the wait. If you’re in a super-​hurry, call ahead, or eat a gourmet hot dog from the other food cart on the Eurosports Food Cart Lot. It really is a toss-​up as to what my favorite is. Blackened Sockeye salmon (over rice or salad) has a just-​right crusty exterior while moist inside (this is hard to do). The Jamaican Jerk Chicken (rice or salad) makes me say «Mmmm» just thinking about it — where else can I get Caribbean food? The Caprese grilled-​cheese sandwich is light and refreshing. He’s had a bunch of specials: teriyaki beef (soft and moist with a great sauce); Cuban pulled beef over tomatoes and onion; various Mahi Mahi somethings and some creative tacos. The quality is definitely top two or three in Sisters and the price is a great value. The Eurosports Bike & Ski Shop (on the same lot) offers wine, craft beer & cider and soft drinks.
Setting: inclusive, welcoming, pretty shade sails & trees, grassy area (like a backyard!), dog– and family-​friendly. I understand plans are in the works to add two additional food carts to the property. I heard someone say, «If you haven’t been here, you haven’t really been to Sisters.»

Great spot for healthy lunch behind bike shop. Great local Beer inside (boneyard rpm ipa!) Rice bowls and grilled cheese sandwich were both great. Sit outside and enjoy the outdoors.
