Went to get a sandwich today. Waited about 20 minutes for it to be made. There were only 4 of us in the restaurant. 2 employees were working and another 2 seemed to be off the clock making themselves sandwiches, one while talking on their cell phone at the cooking area. As I waited for my food, I noticed that ALL the tables had food on them. The employees who likely were getting their food at the end of their shift didn’t bother to wipe these down, nor mop up a sloppy mop job of very dirty mop water. It smelled like a gas station bathroom in the entire dining area. Also, this franchise is in a terrible lot! No windows towards the back. So depressing! It didn’t help that it was filthy, that the employees all seemed new and unenthused to be there. I’m a fan of this company but my visit today left me grossed out at this particular branch.

The service is ridiculously slow. Cool ordering concept, flawed execution. If Jimmy Johns can deliver a sandwich in 5 minutes, Which Wich can do it in less than 20 minutes. I’m telling you… if you want a sandwich from here, you have to set aside an extra 20 minutes because that’s how long they’ll take to put your sandwich together. Set aside an additional 5 minutes for each person that’s with you. The sandwiches are okay. Nothing special.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chipotle next door. I used the online order system, and picked up my food. When I got home the order was completely wrong. I ordered extra ingredients on my sandwich, got charged for the ingredients, and received no ingredients. My sandwich was literally two pieces of bread and some meat… no veggies, no cheese and no dressing. I basically payed $ 12+ for some bread and a little bit of meat. Upon pick up, the staff was very difficult to communicate with due to language barrier. According to earlier reviews, this is not the first time this has been an issue, and management keeps apologizing for bad experiences. PROTIP: Management, why don’t you actually fix the issues instead of apologizing. I would have been significantly more satisfied with a $ 8 burrito next door. I will not be returning to a Which Wich in this location.

Came here Sat after skiing after they were incredibly slow, and totally butchered our order. Really disappointed. Will not come here again.

SKIPIT!!! WASTEOF $ 6.74. We stopped to grab a quick bite en route from Denver to Aspen. My boyfriend went to Chipotle next door and I have never had Which Which so thought I’d try it since I was in the mood for a sandwich. Since we just wanted to grab something & go I ordered something simple– the caprese sandwich with tomato, pesto, and mozz cheese. I thought this would be quick for them to put together and toast(since I ordered the«hot» version). I placed my order at 1:14pm thinking it would be ready in a few minutes. At 1:25pm it still was not ready. I was standing there waiting and the people working made no apologies for the wait or updated me on the status of my sandwich– I had to ask them how much longer it would be and then saw mine on the toaster behind several others. FINALLY– about 25 minutes later my sandwich is ready– by this time my boyfriend had ordered and finished his Chipotle order. I jumped into the car and we took off, unwrapped my sandwich to find out… the bread was completely burnt and the cheese on the inside was not even melted. There was a little bit of pesto and very few tomatoes. I can honestly say that this was one of the worst sandwiches I have EVER had not to mention really poor customer service in the restaurant. If you are looking for lunch in this area– go to Chipotle or even the fast food restaurants that are near by. If we hadn’t been driving the opposite direction I would have gone back in to show them my sandwich and demand a refund. A very disappointing experience that I am happy to share so that others don’t make the mistake that I did. Shame on you, Which Which.

At this restaurant, it is easy to order your meal because of clear instructions on the wall. My build-your-own salad was good. There are lots of yummy ingredients to choose from and they were fresh. The Classic Reuben is great. The tuna is good, too. The Oreo shake is also yummy. Too bad there isn’t a Which Wich in Elk Grove, CA.

We decided to try this place after driving by. When we first arrived it was packed! The line moved pretty fast tho. I like how we get to fill out our order first. I like it better than any sub place that I have ever been to. I ordered the cookie sandwich but it wasn’t very impressive. 2 stale cookies on top of scoop of icecream. I was expecting to have soft cookies. Other than that I like this place and the whole concept they have.

The food is always good here and I love their culture. The marketing team knows how to do it right. I also love that you get a free sandwich if you climb a 14’er. Note to management: PUTPEOPLEWHOSPEAKENGLISHATTHECASHREGISTER. She charged us wrong and didn’t understand when we said we wanted chips and a drink…

This store has management issues! Carries ONLY real sugar for iced teas! Had to go next door to Chipotle for Sweet & Low.

This is my first 5 star review… The customer service calls for it! Ordered a turkey club. Noticed they forgot the bacon so I went up and asked for bacon, sat down realized they forgot the avocado too… Manager comes to register and refunds my money and makes me a new sand which herself. Apologizing for their mistakes… and she delivered the sand which to my table… This is customer service at its finest! Thank you!

They’re sandwiches are alright, nothing special. But every time I go there the workers are extremely incompetent, be prepared to wait 15 – 20 minutes for a sandwich, even when there’s only a couple other customers. Also, the workers have been very rude.

Very slow service. Radio too loud and staff barely whispered names for orders. Could have gone to a restaurant for the same wait time and price of food.

Good sandwiches. Prices are decent, but you get a lot of sandwich. The staff was friendly and the line moved fast. Better than most fast food options in the area.

Nothing really special about this Which Wich, but it makes a good sandwich. Prices are ok, however the gyro special was a bit steep for what you get. I’m sure this is packed on weekends, especially during ski season. Definitely a better option than Wendy’s, Subway or the other fast-food choices.

We ate two 14″ subs. One was chicken and the other one was cheese steak. Both with extra meat. Everything sounds great until… Surprise! We pay $ 40!!! Seriously?!? Why 2 stars? Because they have a lot less line than Chipotle next door. That adds them 1 star. Btw, the extra meat on my chicken was ham… Haha. Also the way you have to fill you order is extremely annoying! Never again…

We stopped here for lunch out of curiousity and because I had a craving for a turkey, havarti and sprouts sandwich on whole wheat(and I didn’t want to go to the grocery store, womp womp). Well, these guys don’t offer havarti OR sprouts. So we both tried the Italian grinder which was pretty good — warm, toasty, not overly meat filled and lots of veggie topping options. The bread was decent, and I really detest most fast casual sandwich chains’ breads — just the smell of Subway or Quizno’s breads makes me want to puke. I also liked how efficient the ordering process is and how I could dilly dally on my decisions without holding up a line at the cash register. On the downside, our two medium subs plus a soda ran us $ 22. A large sub is $ 14 here before any add-ons. I could think of a lot of things I’d rather eat for the price.

So you want a crappy Quiznos sub at twice the price? Which Wich has you covered! If you look beyond the confusing and inefficient ordering system, the tremendous cost($ 13.81 for a medium sub and a coke), and the hastily thrown together sandwich… You’ll find a Which Wich. The meat — over salted. The vegetables — couldn’t be bothered to be put in the bread. The wrapping — fantastically wasteful. Total fail. You could make dinner for three for about a buck more?

Fresh, lots of choices and great for picky eaters: vegan, vegetarian, gluten frees. Except for the location on Colfax– horrible. They served my «un-which» in wilted, rusty lettuce. It was so bad I refused to eat it and have never been back. Too bad.
