Stopped in here on a whim and was given a sample of the truffle and butter olive oil popcorn. We were immediately hooked and purchased a gift set with popcorn, truffle salt, and butter olive oil for $ 20. The staff were all very friendly and patient in explaining their different spices, oils, and balsalmics. I asked for a recipe for a rib roast and was given a sample of their garlic oil olive and smoked pepper — it smelled and tasted divine! I ended up followed the staff’s instructions for a crusty peppery prime rib roast and it was a hit at Christmas! The customer service is excellent and you can tell they are passionate about their products.

As Jessica T shared, you can taste everything! It’s like a playground for foodies. We were hooked right away by the truffle popcorn(all 4 of us ended up with butter infused olive oil and truffle sea salt), which we were offered as soon as we crossed the threshold of Olive Fusion. Beyond that, we sampled balsamics, olive oils and sugars, which the staff members at Olive Fusion were happy to help us with and to tell us all about them(including recommending pairings of various olive oils or balsamic vinegars). As Jessica T also mentioned, the best part is that you can find anything you like in a sample sizes, so if you can’t quite commit, you can try a few different kids of vinegar or oil for a reasonable price. The store itself is cozy and light-filled and is a great place to explore!

Not just olive oil, my friends! Olive oils, of all flavors and varieties, balsalmics, salts, sugars, spices, and teas! Oh, and yummy popcorn popped using a tasty combo of a yummy oil and unique salt– I happened to have butter flavored oil popped corn with truffle salt. Swoon. You can taste EVERYTHING! And they sell a lot of their popular flavored oils and balsalmics in «sample» size so if you’re like me and can’t commit/decide, then buy a few of those small bottles and take them home to start experimenting in the kitchen. I’ve been here twice, first time we made the mistake of having our kids with us so we couldn’t commit the time to really getting a taste of everything. The second time, we were helped by a wonderful young woman who seemed pretty well informed, but definitely not as much as the owner we’d spoken to previously. We told her a few things we like to cook, flavors we like, etc and she did a decent job of helping us decide on a few oils and such to taste, as well as buy. Love the«sample» size bottles so we can experiment without breaking the bank. Easy to find location in the Silverthorne Outlets. We will absolutely be back as we start experimenting with our purchases and figuring out how we want to best use the oils and balsalmics. The variety of spices, sugars and salts was huge and would be a great place to pick up a unique gift for a foodie friend, or yourself of course!
