Cinnabon

They sold us raw cinnamon rolls last month. They were kind and replaced them AFTER we complained to corporate. We had a coupon for free rolls we tried to redeem today, the employee refused to honor the coupon and also said he was going to give us raw rolls today and laughed. Yeah, will never go to this Cinnabon again. Don’t want food poisoning. My husband also informed me he saw the rolls being put out when they opened were old, not fresh.

If you want ear wax, hair, and other bio hazards in your Cinnabon order, you have come to the right place. This guy needs shut down ASAP

If I could give this place 0 I would.
We have frequented this place as it reminds me of my childhood and going to the mall kind of go hand in hand IMO. However since it changed management over a year ago the consistency and the taste have gone down hill.
My husband and I decided to take our kids to the play area since it was raining and while they were playing– I mentioned to my husband about buying a box and taking them home as the store was in my clear view path. While stating my desire of a box– what do I flipping see? The most disgusting and disturbing thing– the older baldish man picking his right ear take it out-​look at it– and if that wasn’t the icing I kid you not– he then took his left hand and proceeded for what seemed like 5 – 7 minutes to pick his nose only pausing to stare at his findings or stop when a potential customer would walk by.
Now I can’t confirm if he washed his hands after this ordeal– but the lady next to me saw him, my son saw him and to verify my eyes were NOT deceiving me and this wasn’t a «hidden video» prank– I had my husband walk by and take photos with his phone and sure enough– he was picking his nose!
Surely we lost our appetite to ever buy a nice warm juicy icing covered Cinnabon again– I felt I had to say something. I went with intentions to let him know I saw him, it’s not hygienic, it’s plain downright nasty and that they lost a customer. He of course denied it and said I was wrong to which I replied «Sir, I have 4 kids, I KNOW nose picking» blah.
So my PSA — you have been warned!

I am a big fan of this place, every time I pass this stand I can smell the food. I am always have to control my urge. If you love great cinnabons come hit this place. It can get expensive if you don’t control what you order. But overall it is a great place.

I like Cinnabon. You can’t have it all the time, but it’s a good every-​now-​and-​then treat. I think my favorite thing from them those is the Cinnastix, more portable on the go dessert~ I have yet to try all their specialty drinks and new things they’ve been promoting the past couple of years. I really should…
Another plus is they have coke. I swear every place in the mall has pepsi… it’s nice one of them has coke as a soda drink option. (maybe this is only awesome to me, lol)
