Cvs Pharmacy

This location really sucks, the store is always packed with sketchy looking people. Impossible to find a parking spot near by as the whole aspen hill center sucks. And worst of ll the pharmacy and all its staff, they are super slow, rude and not helpful at all.
A single drop off here takes at least 45 minutes, and the pick up at least an hour.
Worse CVS ever.

I’ve been going to this CVS since I was kid, so I have a very thorough understanding of how they operate here.
First, the pharmacy– I never had to deal with this section of the store until recently, since I am now old enough to manage my own prescriptions. If you go during peak hours, there is definitely a long wait (that’s an understatement). If you can wait to pick up your prescription until after the wait dies down, I would. Try to make sure your prescription is already filled before coming in. The pharmacy staff seems to be limited on people since there is usually only one cashier handling pick up orders. They do not show a sense of urgency for the wait, which bothers me since I work in customer service, but otherwise they aren’t rude. Anytime I’ve called with an issue or a question, the pharmacy staff is always accommodating and patient.
The cashiers and managers. are okay. There used to be a new manager at one point who was super friendly and it seemed like the place was taking a turn for the better, but I’m assuming he left because everything seems to be unchanged. The cashiers are apathetic. The current manager is kind of rude. They left a promotional sale up from the week before and when I asked for them to honor it since it was their fault it was left up, he did nothing and insinuated that I knew it was old. The sign was misleading and they should have honored it. I work as a cashier and where I work, if we forgot to take a sign down from a previous sale, we’ll honor it. That’s the way customer service works– make sure the customer is happy. He didn’t want to take responsibility for it.
All in all, decent place to shop. I come here for most of my needs that don’t require me going to a big store. Plus, their rewards program is good if you like coupons.

This was the worst pharmacy I have seen. Personnels were so unfriendly and They let me wait for a long time while carrying a baby. Definitely not recommended!

The people here do not deserve a 1 star. I’ve lived nearby and visited this store and pharmacy my whole life. I’ve never had an outstanding negative experience. Most of the cashiers have always been friendly and easygoing, and the pharmacy staff helpful. It is true they can get very busy sometimes at peak hours but why aren’t you having your prescriptions called in ahead of time anyway? They can call or text you when they’re ready. Just be smart!

Pharmacy needs some serious help. They are unbelievably S L O W !
