Most of the Employees are loud and obnoxious but worst of all so slow! Girl who rang me up was rude/hates her job. Don’t go through drive thru. Been to many Starbucks but this is the worst.

Okay okay… Not the worst Starbucks in Long Beach. There was a stretch where they made a mistake on every drink I ordered, but I went in today with a Mobile order & it was a breeze.

I’m very disappointed with this place. I usually go to this one because this is the closest to me around my place. My parents decided to get starbucks and asked me what I wanted and I texted them that I wanted a «Caramel Praline LATTE» and I ended up getting ICED Caramel Praline. I was looking forward on getting the LATTE that I asked. My parent’s don’t go to starbucks that much so they obviously don’t know what it is. My parent’s said that the worker was reading the text too so the worker wouldve known what kind of drink it was. It’s pretty upseting that the worker doesn’t even know what the difference between a LATTEANDICED. I wouldn’t recommend to go here.

After all these YEARS coming to this one location before heading to work, I am finally Writing my review. The STAFF are beyond Awesome and Friendly. As soon as I walk in they greet you with my GOODMORNING and Name. Even tho there might be a line my GIRLS quadruplets Bee, Mel, Vivian and Jay are ROCK on getting my drink done before I get to the register. Always in and out quickly with a smile and a great COFFEE with I know they make it with love.

Stood at the counter waiting to be helped for a solid 5 mins, as other baristas passed me by like helping me was not their job… Really? Saving grace was my drink was OK, not great, but OK.

Be careful!!! Drive through took over 20 mins and once you’re in line there’s no escape route so you are STUCK! When I got up to the front, the lady at the window cut me off after she asked me a question to take an order and then we sat for another 5 minutes waiting for my drink. Never ever would I come here again.

I’m sorry to say but I was extremely disappointed with the way I was spoken to in the drive thru this afternoon. The girl was impatient and had a bad attitude. She was plain rude. Our«hot drinks» were cold by the time she finally gave them to me. There’s a hundred coffee places around here. I just won’t go back to this one.

Awesome and friendly staff. I started coming to this Starbucks when they just opened… It has become so busy but it’s still the place I go to for coffee and tea. It draws a very diverse crowd and the music is great that I don’t have to put my head phones on and listen to my own music. When I studied here with classmates a few months ago, we would stay for a couple of hours and noticed that the staff would occasionally give out free drinks! That was a plus. I’m not in school anymore but I like that there is a drive thru to order any drinks for work.

This Starbucks gets you in and out very quickly. I cannot have caffeine, but I usually stop here for their mint majesty tea because I absolutely love it, and it’s only about $ 2! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they don’t judge me when I come in every morning for my decaffeinated beverage. Thanks guys!

Never ever had to wait at a Starbucks drive thru for 30 minutes like I did today! So crazy, no sense of hustle!!! So much for getting somewhere on time and or the whole point of a drive thru service!

The most friendly Starbucks crew out there. Always people in the store but they get you in and out quickly with a smile and a great beverage. Especially the weekday morning crew, they operate like a well oiled machine. The only way to improve is if they became one of the Starbucks that served alcohol in the PM. However then I might not ever leave.

Been here twice. Once through the drive-through. Long-ish lines are the only detractors. Otherwise, service is fantastic. Last time when I arrived at the drive through window, they’d thought of everything and made up a 2nd cup with creamer and sweetner, etc. Didn’t need it, but it’s the thought that counts! Thanks guys!

Really disappointed in the service at this location on Saturday 1⁄24 around 4pm. Barista that took our order was not as welcoming as we are used to having baristas greet us with a smile. My boyfriend wanted to claim his birthday drink. This barista was having trouble scanning his rewards card. She semed like she was just in a hurry or we were bothering her. Store was not even busy. Finally she said that he would have to contact corporate and settle it with them. Really thought she could have helped out by keying in the birthday reward manually if possible or at least asking the manager or perhaps another barista for assistance. Just overall a big lack in customer service. This morning my boyfriend went to the Starbucks by his work in El Monte and the barista was able to give him his birthday reward without any issue. We won’t be going back to the Signal Hill Starbucks again. There are plenty of other locations.

So I usually give most Starbucks a 3 star rating and I think I mostly do that for the drink itself, service is a hit and miss and to be honest you can’t be a jerk about it and only give one star because most of the time it’s the managers felt for not having this or that, then you have that employee that really shouldn’t be there at all. Arrived to get a hot drink before checking out the sunset with a friend, as I was in line I noticed a few drinks lined out stating they are sold out or out of blah blah blah drinks. My friend and I wanted a Caramel Brûlée Latte and I wanted the same, as far as the menu it was still available and once I gave the order to the blonde young lady she said«oh we are out of that one» I said okay, she says«I know you are heartbroken, same as I am» I was like no dear, I am not heartbroken at all I just think you should cross out that drink as well if you don’t have it available. She just gave me a look, maybe I was snappy but as a consumer just tell me what you have, don’t leave it available then tell me hey no, nope or nah. I understand it was a holiday weekend and supply wasn’t ordered correctly for the demand, but start showing what is ONLY Available. On my second try my friend ordered the salted caramel mocha and the same young lady says oh we are out of salt… Wtf. At that point I laughed, not to the young blonde but to the situation, I went ahead and ordered a white chocolate mocha, and yes that was available. I truly don’t care if you say hey I have regular coffee or milk but don’t leave options up that you don’t have at the moment, even if the menu looks like a Christmas List.
