A10 Fitness and Performance is the best! Junior pushed me at every workout I had with him and kept me motivated. His workouts are really good, he always incorporates something new each week so that the workout doesn’t become boring. I went to him this past summer so he could help me get in better shape before I hiked Mt. Whitney and if it wasn’t for him that hike would have been a lot harder. He helped me gain the strength, muscle, and endurance I needed for that hike. Junior is an awesome personal trainer and I would highly recommend him.

A10 Fitness & Performance(Junior) pushes you when you think you have nothing else to give, you find yourself giving more. When I first started with Junior, I was the constant complainer because I was pushing myself with the help of Junior to do things my body wasn’t accustomed to. I found myself doing«Leg Day,» «Chest Day» «Back Day» among other lingo used within the gym, that wasn’t apart of my vocabulary. Over time, I’ve built my confidence within the gym that I didn’t have before meeting Junior. He has been a breathe of fresh air to a gym newbie, who needs guidance whether its one-on-one or within a group setting. He has an open door policy, which allows you an opportunity to ask questions regarding fitness. Junior does an excellent job mentoring his clients, which leads them down the road of success(fitness). I recommend Junior’s services to anyone willing to put their health first and doesn’t mind putting their best foot forward. While it won’t be easy, it will be an investment that you can thank me for later.

At A10 Fitness, you will not find yourself having an easy workout. Jr has helped me in the past year and a half to become the baseball player I am today. He is very organized with what workouts and what times he has for all his clients. Jr makes sure that myself and his other clients know that form and technique is a key role when weight lifting and he will always point out if there is something wrong. I am dripping in sweat after every workout but I feel myself getting stronger one workout at a time. I highly recommend A10 Fitness because with Jr as my trainer, I have got into the best shape of my life due to the workouts and meal plans.

A10 Fitness and performance knows the ins and outs of personal training. As I recovered from my injury, Jr and his team helped me recover by giving me rehab and strengthening exercises. Not only is he helping me become the best individual I can be physically, he helped me compete. All his workouts had the same competitive nature that any sport has. Jr is aware of the proper mechanics and forms used to keep you lifting hard and safe at the same time. My best shape came when I worked with Jr at A10 Fitness. Jr is an exceptional personal trainer. Not only does he motivate me during our training sessions, he also keeps me accountable on the days we don’t meet, with a work out and healthy eating plan geared towards achieving my goals. Jr is extremely knowledgable with sports conditioning, all over physique and healing bodily injuries. Having had many other personal trainers, I highly recommend A10 fitness and performance.
