Faulty Bosch Oven — took over a month go get parts from Bosch — this is the second time the unit needed a repair and both times it took Bosch a month to send the parts. All-Lines Appliance arrived to repair unit several days after the parts arrived. They worked on it for about an hour, turned on the oven — and said it was now working. That night we tried to use the broiler — NOTWORKINGATALL — ELEMENTSDON’T GOON! Oven temperature is also not rising to correct temperature. Called All-Lines Appliance — they said that according to the service team, it was tested(BUTTHATNIGHTITISN’T WORKING?). Then they said I’d have to reopen another case with Bosch(that could be an hour on the phone and another month to repeat the process?). Shame on Bosch for taking a month to get parts. Shame on All-Lines for not taking ownership of this issue and their faulty repairs. Shame on us for buying this $ 3,400 Bosch wall oven and microwave. Note that it seems that this company was once affiliated with Brown’s Appliance Service — but I was told by Brown’s Appliance that they split up in November 2015.

Yes, i have used them twice and the second time they suggested instead of getting rid of my dryer that i purchase an older part and labor which i spent 485 $. 4 months later my dryer died. Their was only a 3 month warranty on the part and they had 2 month warranty on labor. When i called the service department they said someone would come out and charge me 89 $ to check and said it could be something else. No good will just to see what the problem was. no goodwill that i spent money that i should have spent on a new dryer which i was going to do in the first place. Buyer beware!

I called All Lines when I got their name from Bosch support. They picked up the phone, booked me an appointment, called me when the repairman was on the way, showed up when they said they would, and explained what was going on with my dishwasher. The whole experience was very easy, professional, and courteous. I’ll be calling them again next time something breaks.

After calling over a dozen different appliance repair companies and getting nothing but a voice mail I was pleasantly surprised when I promptly got a call back from All Lines Appliance. They were very professional and courteous and quick to earn my business. I have an unusual euro style whirlpool compact washer and dryer which unfortunately had a broken dryer belt. They researched the product and verified the part required before coming out to do the repair. The repair was scheduled quickly and technician arrived on time. Kevin the owner/technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was in an out in no time and left with everything clean neat and most importantly working better then when I bought the dryer. I would highly recommend All Lines Appliance and Kevin to everyone.
