Everything that I’ve tried here is pretty good. So far the lunch pad Thai is my favorite! Their shrimp spring rolls are a bit mediocre and very pricey for the size and amount. I feel their prices are way exaggerated for what they offer. But I guess their lunch prices are pretty fair. All in all this place has their hit and miss but I feel the prices are not really worth what you get.

This is always my go to restaurant when I want take out… And something to last me for two meals. I’ve only ordered the red curry chicken fried rice because I can’t get myself to not get it every time I go as much as I want to try other stuff. They food is always ready in 15−20minutes and their customer services is always great. Never had a bad experience with them!

My husband and I love lunch here a couple times a month. Service is great, food is excellent and prices are reasonable. There is always food for leftovers. Nice comfortable atmosphere as well.

Came in on a whim looking for some Thai take-out and was so swept away by the hospitality and ambiance, that we decided to dine in. We had chicken and prawn phad tai, deep fried tofu and an appetizer sampler and we were pleasantly surprised! It was prepared quickly and cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this hidden Shoreline gem!

This place has decent customer service. I love their chicken pad woon sin. I usually order that and tofu fried rice with extra tofu. I recently moved to Bothell but will definitely be coming back by once in a while for some Thai Bistro. I only wish I would have discovered it sooner before I moved. I found this place on Grub hub. They delivered the food to my house after I packed up my dishes.

The food was average. My sister and I were informed the kitchen was closing in twenty minutes and that the host should not have seated us. He apologized but let us order. Halfway through our meal a worker started mopping closeby while we were eating. The food started tasting like the floor cleaner. They also kept looking at us. Granted, we did arrive twenty minutest before they closed and left twenty minutes past closing time. But still, it spoils the dining experience when you taste floor cleaner when you eat.

Love the vegan and vegetarian options at Thai Bistro. It can get very busy and sometimes slow because of the popularity of the place, but I’ve never had anything but good food. Authentic feel and very good food. We mostly get food to go, but when we have eaten in, we’ve found the service to be quite good and attentive.

Great menu selection, food excellent, great restaurant layout and design. Service awful. Got each meal for three people separately. Last meal didn’t come for over 10 minutes after the other meals were served. Could be a great restaurant.

I decided to try this restaurant because it was on the way home and I was super hungry and I was craving Thai. The place on the inside is very clean and well decorated. It was relatively busy when we got there especially for a Sunday at 3pm. We got a booth table. The menu had family style options and lunch combos but the combos aren’t available on the weekends. The menu items were your usual Thai fare. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, when the food came it was different than any other Thai restaurant I’ve been to. Each entrée was just a little better and fresher than typical Thai. We ordered Orange Chicken, Crying Tiger Beef Salad, Tom Ka with chicken and veggies and Massaman Curry with chicken. All of it was better than expected. The curry dish was too sweet but that’s because I should’ve ordered a spicier one. The Thai iced tea was just ok. All the meat was cooked perfectly. The server did forget one of our appetizer orders so we cancelled it. The food took some time to get to us but maybe it’s because it’s made fresher than other Thai restaurants. That was my assumption. Overall the food was good and the service was decent. Ill definitely return if I’m in the area.

The food is very good, actually, it’s excellent. We ordered orange chicken, crying tiger beef salad and massaman chicken curry. One thing for sure, the service is slow. There were three tables beside us and it took 5 minutes for the first visit, and more than 15 minutes after that for the food to start appearing, 1 – 2 minute apart. Although the waiter is nice, he forgets orders. We ordered spring rolls that never came, he didn’t remember until we told him at the end. I have to go back to the food. It’s delicious.

Ambiance — 4 star Food — 4 star Customer Service — Sucks! We were there yesterday(March 5, 2016). I’ve been here a few times and thought it was good. But yesterday at lunch time we got seated right away which was fine. Got our water right away which was also good. But what I didn’t like were the young waitresses running around rushing orders in/out. But the place was’t that busy. When we got our food it was like the waitress was running for first base. Geez, slow down girl! And then she didn’t even bother asking if there was anything else we needed. So I had to wave down another waitress to asked for more water and bring us the spice dish. By the time I got her attention my food was getting cold. I hate what that happens. Anyway, I hope the manager is reading this review and hope they’ll take action in training their staff better when it comes to improving customer service. It’s not just about getting the orders in/out. It’s also about making sure the customers are happy with their dining experiences.

This is a very unassuming place. It’s in a strip mall, next to also a very unassuming Starbucks. It’s bigger than expected inside and looked pretty nice as well. So obviously I just didn’t know what to expect. I ordered a Tom Yum Woon Sen(sp?) soup. It sounded oddly good with ground chicken, chicken chunks and chicken wontons, but it was awesome. It had a ton of flavor, very balanced, and a perfect amount of heat for 2 stars. I was thinking about it all day. While it’s pretty far out of the way for me, I’d likely go back or try to see if I can find that Tom Yum variation nearby. It was a lunch special. Most dishes were between $ 10 – 15 The lost stars, unfortunately, are for service. Thai Bistro was advertised as a good place to eat if you don’t have much time but I barely got back from my hour long lunch on time. It seemed just a couple people were waiting tables and that their time was also divided among other tasks. I came in, no line or anything, yet took a couple minutes to get greeted and sat. Took several minutes to get water. I wasn’t checked on again and needed to wave someone who was not my server to bring the bill. Anyway, worth the stop if you’re in the vicinity, yet, if you’re in a hurry you might be wondering how fast you’ll be in and out.

I used to come here often because their food is actually tasty but this review is for the fact that the service has gone way below the expectation. It is not even a big restaurant but they are very slow with customer service. The last time I came I walked out the door because even when we got seated we did not get offered water or took our orders. We waited for over 30 minutes and the waitresses kept walking by us but didn’t even acknowledge us at all. I would give this 1 star but since the food was good just bumped it to 2 stars instead. The majority of customers were all Americans and we felt like the only minorities at that time during dinner on a weeknight. But that should not be an excuse to go around the tables and serve. It was not even a busy night at all.

I went here with a friend for lunch, and I was unimpressed. The ambiance was nice, if a little over the top for lunch. We were seated quickly(only one other party was in the restaurant) and got to order right away. We both ordered off the«lunch combos» menu though it wasn’t clear what exactly made them lunch combos — they were the same prices as the other menu items and didn’t come with any sides or a drink. I got the Guay Thai noodle dish, and my friend had a soup(doesn’t remember which). The food came out quickly and was okay, but I’ve had much tastier Thai food in the area for far less money. My dish was very salty, but other than that had no real«flavor». I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea with tapioca(again, very expensive at $ 4) but the tapioca pearls were shredded in the bottom of the glass. Some were whole, but most were not. Definitely not worth money. Overall, I wouldn’t go here. Go to Yum Yum Thai a little further south on Aurora. They’re better priced and much tastier.

Really good Thai food. I get the Panang Curry with fried tofu and the Pad Ke Mao with veggies only. The prices are higher than most other places, which is a bummer, but the food is good.

Excellent Thai food for a great price. I’ve had the fried tofu appetizer, pad Thai, tofu masaman, pineapple fried rice with beef, spring rolls, Thai iced tea… all have met or exceeded my expectations! We mostly do take out and the food dished up and garnished while I’m waiting, so it’s nice and hot and the garnishes haven’t wilted at all. I need to eat in a few more times before deciding about that fifth star!

This is a decent option if you’re in the area. It’s on the end of a strip mall so it’s a bit quieter than the rest of the place. It offers a quiet dining area that’s a bit dark but soothing. The staff has always been plentiful and kind when I visit to eat in or take out. I typically come here for a dish called pud ba mee that not all thai places serve. It’s basically stir fried egg noodles with meat and veggies. Although I like a bit more fish sauce, it definitely hits the spot! The noodles are firm and not overcooked; veggies are fresh; meat is marinated well. The prices are a bit higher than I’d like to pay but they often advertise with coupons in the mail. Yes, those ones in the envelope that you have to sort through. In case you have picky children(like I do) they offer a few dishes that kids will appreciate.

First time I sat down to eat here. Customer service is a little slow and could be friendlier but the food is good.

I decided to try Thai Bistro today because it looked like it could be a good place. I heard good things about it. and I love Asian food especially Thai food. The food is very delicious and very flavorful. The garlic chicken was super delicious. Not to much and not to little garlic. You can get 4 different levels of spicyness. The vegetables that come with it are steamed, but have good flavor to them.(Especially since many places don’t add much flavor to steamed veggies.) I think it is a little expensive for lunch; but it is worth it for authentic Thai food. The atmosphere was very relaxed and nice. The workers were polite and not cocky at all towards each other. They worked well and quickly to satisfy the clientele. A little pricey, but worth it if all the food taste this delicious. I am in anticipation for what is to come. Will be back for an explosion on my pallet!

Came here for the first time last night. I had a serious craving for pad see ew and this place happened to have a coupon in my entertainment book. The décor is nice and we were promptly greeted. First I had to use the bathroom, and used the smaller stall. It was seriously ridiculously small. Overall cleanliness was okay. My friend ordered phad thai and a «thai me up,» pretty much a thai iced tea with alcohol. He was satisfied with it. Our food took a little while. The serving was pretty large, but mine was $ 10.95 for beef, and the phad thai was about the same. A little on the pricey side. My pad see ew was very oily and salty. There was way too much soy sauce. Beef was good and tender, as was the broccoli. My friend let me try his phad thai and I really wish I didn’t. It was EXTREMELY sweet and tasted like they used a bunch of ketchup. My overall thoughts? Thank goodness I had a coupon because it was too pricey. Not authentic. Over-seasoned. There are way better Thai places in the area. Oh, also ordered a 3 star(out of 4) and couldn’t taste any spice.
