I live close to this Starbucks so I stop in every week or two. This has got to be the SLOWEST Starbucks on the planet, and I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks in many countries. About half the time I walk away when I see the line from outside and half of the time I walk away from the slow line. So they actually get ¼ of my business when I go there. Terrible, terrible service.

I am a regular here. Friendly staff, great coffee. It’s a small store and always busy. Can’t always find a place to sit!

It’s a Starbucks so you know what to expect foodwise. I give it four stars for convenience and comfort. There is plenty of parking. There are several different seating options inside and out. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to meet a few friends. Not bad for getting work done, but I think better for socializing.

As a former barista and a human being, I have expectations on how to be treated. A starbucks is a starbucks, but the baristas here are RUDE. ESPECIALLY on Sunday afternoons. I know, its been busy with the after church rush and the Sunday strollers, not to mention the brutal Hawks loss today, but seriously? The ‘manager’s’(with the ponytail) attitude is terrible and setting a terrible example for the rest of her employees. We all have problems, leave yours at home, I wanted a latte with a raw sugar, not attitude. The blonde gentleman at the bar, however was very polite and respectful and even friendly, but he was replaced by a pouting emo snark queen, who is better than everyone, apparently. Heaven forbid you ask for your correct drink! She bit the head off of a guy who poiltely notified her that his drink was incorrect. Being new to the area, This is where I come to get my homework done and a latte and some free wifi, but this entire crew needs to be replaced. District management, I hope you see this!

I go here pretty regularly because its one of the better starbucks in the northern seattle area and ive been to almost all of them around here. There is a woman there named Natalie who is a freaking rockstar at what she does. She always is super outgoing and helpful and you can commonly find her working behind the register taking your order. One of the few baristas that actually listens to your order so you dont have to repeat yourself over and over. You can tell she enjoys what she does for work. Coffee is always hot and good. Very consistent taste which is somthing you cant say about alot of starbucks around here. 5 stars for sure!

Wish this SBUX was better as it is in my ‘hood. Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking to the point of being surly. It is rare that an employee lends a genuine smile if one is lucky to get a courtesy smile from them. The place can be unkempt(though, I must say, the bathrooms are kept fairly clean) — don’t understand the clutter/mess at the end of counter on the left. Also, staff seems put-out when one asks for a potentially complicated drink — have fun with it, people! I will continue going there because it’s convenient but wish management would step up — perhaps a surprise visit from Howard?

Nice casual décor, fast, efficient, the people that work here know what they’re doing. I wouldn’t order scones or any pastries from Starbucks though, because they’re all taken out of plastic packets to be nicely displayed at the front. They don’t make any of it. I’m assuming that’s why they’re all so high in calories? Anyway it doesn’t matter too much. They have yummy coffee and refreshing tea. An addition is that you get free coffee/tea refills when you’re a green level user at Starbucks.(You’ll have to make a Starbucks account online or on their Starbucks App)

Downgrade to one star based on unfriendly and inefficient staff. You get the stink eye for any request or inquiry. Probably going on my 12th or 13th time at this Starbucks only go because of convenience and coffee consistency. Management should have staff(and themselves) check out other Starbucks stores because this store seems to have a negative vibe for some reason compared to most.

I rarely give only two stars, but I have been here multiple times over the past few months, and I NEVER get my coffee sooner than 10 – 15 minutes, which is crazy! Nice people, clean location, just can’t do fast coffee for some reason. I need my coffee faster than this please! Possibly the low rating is because I haven’t had my coffee yet this morning.

The handful of times that I’ve stopped in, I’ve had decent service from pleasant baristas. Store has always been clean and it’s never been a problem to park. This said, I’d suggest going to another, less corporate place for your coffee. Seriously, it’s not like there’s a shortage here in Seattle!

Was going to give it 4 stars until we had a negative experience. This is a larger Starbucks — went on a Saturday morning and the store was full but they were fully staffed. Gal who took orders was nice — we had lots of drinks and food to order. Drinks were coming quickly and DH asked for a couple of drink carriers. They were sopping wet on the bottom — so he gave them back to the gal telling her they weren’t usuable. Wow — did she take it personally — gave him the MAJOR stink eye — yanked em from his hand, then acted like she was getting more and handed them back to him! Maybe she couldn’t see(with her bad Justin Bieber bangs hanging in her eyes). Then to top it off — DH’s coffee was burnt and not drinkable…

I like the Starbucks in Shoreline, Washington next to Magic Dragon restaurant. Even though it’s so small inside, it’s sort of crowded. But they are very friendly in the morning, it’s good to go. I know that Starbucks is pretty busy in the afternoon and night time too. They are very friendly to handicap people too. I went there every Thursday when I helped the Special Ed students go to Starbucks, help them what they want for their drink. But I hated the customers there, they were so mean!!! Especially the oldies who always made fun of the Special Ed students. They would say stuff like«How disgraceful. Trying to make me lose an appetite, they’re so uglies!» I was just so in shocked, such rude people, seriously. But the workers there are friendly.

Ahhhh… good old Charbux, never too bad, never really outstanding… Baristas are quick and friendly, heck they actually knew a few of the«regular» customers orders and chatted with them as they came in. Now granted the lady in question had ordered a venti, quad, egg nog, soy, mocha, with 2 packets of Equal… ack…

My local ‘Bux. The baristas here are extremely nice; they always take a moment to chat and ask how my day’s going. The store is clean, and comfortable, and there’s outdoor seating in the summer. It’s got the new retro-style look that some Starbucks stores have, complete with a little bar area with chairs that let you watch the shots being pulled. For extra adventure, walk to the liquor store a few stores down and buy a little bottle of Starbucks liqueur to add to your latte. :)
