Well let me start out by saying that I am a frequent customer at many Jack in the boxes all around Snohomish and King County. I am a business owner and know how important customer service is. I walked into your shoreline Jack in the box around 6 pm after work and 5 seconds after my friends and I walked in the manager told her employee that«If we were not buying something, we could not stay there.» I have never felt so little and treated like dirt by anyone, let alone a employee from Jack in the box. They assumed that we had no money because we were dirty from a long days work. You should never assume where some one came from or discriminate the person as soon as they walk in the door because you never know who is listening. Lastly I just wanted to close in saying that I know that this experience does not happen everyday but when or if this experience happens to you it is not right and no one has the right to make you feel like those employees and managers at Jack in the box made me feel today.

Closed at 10:30pm because there is a basketball team there? I didn’t know you could reserve jack in the box for private functions.

This place is finally getting better employees. I frequent this place twice a week. There is a new gal named Simone who works the drive through window and the front counter. She always smiles and is super friendly. I try to only go after 3pm… the employees in the morning and mid afternoon are always running around too fast and hurrying to try and get very order right while trying to keep the dining area clean. Simpla answer… hire a few extra bodies! Food is great… drinks are great… Jack rocks!!!

It’s Jack In The Crack. It’s not good for you. You know you shouldn’t buy it. You know you can do better. But you crave it sometimes. And it’s there, 24/7, 365, and will take you back no matter what. I’ve been here a couple of times. The food is on par with Jack and the service is all right. My last visit wasn’t that great as I had to repeat myself several times at the drive thru and then they had me pull up to the window because the gal still couldn’t figure out what«#2 with a root beer» meant. Tiny location with a tinier parking lot, about 4 spaces. You go 3 feet away from the drive thru window and you’re in the street. Luckily they are by Fred Meyer so there’s room to park there. Food: 3 Service: 3 Ambiance: NA Parking: 2

2 days ago, 4am, «sorry we aren’t offering coffee right now» today, 4:30am, «sorry we closed now for computer system» edit: yesterday«all out of sourdough» Every time I pull up to the window it’s something. Oh BTW, the lights on the menu board are still out. Been over a year, how hard is it to change a lightbulb. The place is a disaster. they also like to charge 2.99 for a sausage biscuit(not a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit) instead of the right price for a sausage biscuit which is $ 1.28

With the hours I was working. .stopped in to grab a quick bite through the drive thru. Waited to place order at around 400am, a voice came on saying, We are closed for 30 minutes to update computer system… this happened three times. I thought it was 24 hrs.

OMG! I know it was a fast food restaurant but the shift leader manager was totally unqualified for his position! We walked in and it was empty… then seemed like once we placed our order it was too much! They got so backed up there wasnt any room to stand inside(given its small) and the drive thru wrapped all the way around. The manager was yelling at his staff too hurry up… no napkins were in the dispensers, no clean tables, LONG wait for the food. I worked for jack in the box as a teenager, never seen it all fall apart right in front of me. Everyone dinning was shaking their heads watching the shift leader unfold cursing and such. Once it calmed down, he was telling his staff how stressed out he was! If you cant take the heat, get out the kitchen! Drive thru is your best bet!

I am a drive thru customer having only eaten in once. The food is consistent, meeting my every expectation for Jack In the Box. Hot crispy fries, not too much ketchup on the Sourdough Jack, Shakes are always super thick and they don’t hold back on the oreos. The person at the window is always nice and helpful and I feel like it’s genuine and they are happy at work. Sometimes it’s slow going on the way to the window but it’s still fast food. When I dined inside, my counter top was basically clean and the view of Aurora is unobstructed. It’s definitely one of the better burger chains in general but this location never fails. Thank you smiley drive thru people!

Oh Jack me buck-o, you had me at the«real» ice cream shakes. I bow to your marketing brilliance. Forever shall Ronald McD walk in the shadow of your foot steps. First it was pretending to change your name, does anyone remember Monterey Jack’s? Then it was the TNT inducing«blow up Jack» thriller… ah fond memories… Now what the heck do you have up your sleeve??? Frequent buyer’s cards? Food-wise, yes it’s the standard FF affair, but who hasn’t heard the calling sounded at 2AM for burgers, shakes and fries, coming from the empty belly… I want my baby back, baby back ribs… oops wrong chain… Okay, I’ll step up and say in front of the collective…“Hi my name is… I’m addicted to JITB!”
