Evergreen Window Cleaning

Cody did a great job on a host of windows around our landscape business. From storage trailers (cob-​web central!) to our office, all was done very well. The quote provided before work was started was clean, easy to understand, and correct. He was on-​time and professional in all respects. Appointment set-​up by email was also easy.
We will surely use them again next year.

When my kids ran to the window to watch the «waterfall» from the gutters during a rainstorm, I knew we were LONG overdue for a cleaning! I called Evergreen and was impressed by their prompt reply with a reasonable estimate. They scheduled me in for the following week and did an IMMACULATE job on the gutters. I will definitely be calling them again this fall!

I chose Evergreen based on Unilocal reviews, but their service left me underwhelmed. On the positive side, they were extremely responsive and quick to correct an error, but it seemed to me that they struggled to keep track of key details. Mistakes were made at every stage, from the estimate I received (description of the job did not match my request and seemed to relate to a different house), to the cleaning itself (they cleaned someone else’s windows and had to come back out to clean mine) to the billing (I paid and then got billed a second time, for a different amount). I don’t think the double-​billing was intentional. Rather, it all seemed to be a sign of disorganization and lack of attention to detail. They were very quick to respond, but almost too quick (like they hadn’t read my email or were responding to a message from someone else). Anyway, the whole experience left me a bit puzzled, both as to their 5* rating and indiscriminate use of an email signature that urges clients to review them on Unilocal

Fantastic service all around. Evergreen Windows cleaned all our interior & exterior windows (what a huge difference that made!) They also pressure washed a large sports court that was very mossy, slick & very dirty. They did a fantastic job & the sports court looks like new. They were also very pleasant to deal with. Everything from scheduling to payment was fast, easy, pleasant & professional. Thanks Keith & team!

Keith and Nick cleaned our gutters and did a fantastic job. They also treated our roof for moss that was damaging the roof. Great experience and I highly recommend them.

Keith is great to deal with– gave me a fair bid to begin with and has been my main guy since. Great price, excellent service and very friendly. Definitely give them a call for commercial cleaning too.
