I came here on a Wednesday around 2 with my best friend. This location looks a little dingy on the outside, so I was skeptical about eating here. However, when you enter it looks like a nice restaurant. There’s a good amount of seating inside and outside, and the employees are friendly. My burrito was so good! I had the Sharky’s style burrito with chicken and cheese. The burrito was pretty big. I was barely able to finish the whole thing. They’ll offer you chips when you sit down, and they brought chips out with my meal. The chips are salty and perfect. My friend had the fiesta style burrito and the pineapple lemonade, both of which she enjoyed. Since I’m a health nut, I love that they have organic options. Parking at this location can be a little tricky. They do have a parking lot, but when I came it was packed. I had to wait a couple minutes for a spot. However, people were coming and leaving pretty frequently, so it shouldn’t be too bad. The lot is also small, so it can be difficult to get out of your spot.

These guys are awesome! As a personal trainer and gym addict my protein requirements are a biy higher than the average person. I love heading here after a workout and getting a full power plate with half angus beef, half wild salmon, quinoa and veges and the yams! Seriously hits the spot! The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks guys, probably see you tomorrow lol :-)

The first time I came to this place I asked for a Naked Chicken Tostada Salad. it immediately became my favorite. it always has fresh, crunchy and tasteful vegetables. It is a delicious, kind of healthy plate(when compared to nachos) at a reasonable price. I have also tried the Sante Fe burrito and the Wild Salmon Burrito and both are delicious, too. The only plate I regreted having was the Alaska Salmon Power Plate. It was such a small portion of overcooked and tasteless salmon. I was quite disappointed. In general the service is pretty good and the place is quite cozy.

Food is good, the place is nice and clean but the staff seems annoyed and a little rude. It was really hard to hear what the girl at the register was saying because she was basically whispering and rolled her eyes when I asked her if she could please repeat herself.

I am not very familiar with the Mexican restaurants in the area so I decided to look up one from Unilocal and this 4 stars place look good. I ordered a salmon burrito THEMOSTTASTELESSBURRITO I EVERHADINMYLIFE. If I gave them 3 stars is because the food is fresh the place clean and service good. I might come back but NOT to order a salmon burrito that is for sure!!!

I am a huge fan of Sharky’s, and this review has absolutely nothing to do with the food. I typically visit the Burbank location in the Empire Center, but because the parking can be ridiculous, I opted to visit this particular location and both times, it was absolutely terrible. The first time I visited this location was a Friday night in late January. I was with my mom and because it was busy, I grabbed a table while my mom ordered. The party had just left the table, so it was dirty and had empty plates, cups, and used napkins on it. When my mom sat down, I grabbed us our drinks and we waited for an employee to come through and clear the table and wipe it clean, but no one ever came. The service was also slow, but I was patient, seeing as it was a Friday night and the place was almost full. About 20 minutes later, an employee came with our food and noticed that the table was still a mess from the previous party. In the process of cleaning the table, she dropped a dirty napkin on our food, and instead of apologizing or offering us a new order, she walked off like nothing happened. My mom and I visited the location this past Thursday(Feb. 11th), for a late lunch. We arrived around 3:15, and because the place was almost empty, save for a few employees having lunch at some booths for what I assume was their break. The booth we sat down at was dirty from the previous party, which was ridiculous because the booth had been empty since we’d arrived, so there was no excuse as to why it hadn’t been cleaned yet. I only chose to remain at the booth because it was was the last booth available, and I don’t particularly find the tables comfortable. After we’d been sitting for a few minutes, my mom and I opted to clean the table at the booth on our own while the employees watched on. At around 3:30, I began to wonder where our food was, but we continued to wait as the place began to fill. I began to notice that people who had arrived after us were already being served. At 3:50, a group of four men walked in and my mom asked an employee what the status of our order was. At 4pm, the group of four men was served and we were still waiting. At this point, we were not only annoyed, but extremely angry. My mom approached the front counter and asked for a refund, which we were given. We also learned that our order was ready and had been sitting on the service oven and had just been completely ignored. Also, just to note, it looked as though the staff who was not on break was more interested in talking to and visiting the staff who were sitting down on their break, completely ignoring their customers. I work in customer service, so I know that it can a bit tedious, but if I ever treated a customer the way we were treated on these two occasions, I would be fired. I will definitely not be visiting this location again, it was a very disappointing. So if you enjoy being ignored at a dirty table while you wait a ridiculous amount of time for your food, then go to this Sharky’s, if not, I definitely recommend visiting the Sharky’s at the Empire Center in Burbank, the parking may be ridiculous, but the staff is friendly and attentive, service is always fast, and the tables are promptly cleaned and cleared.

I love Sharky’s and wish I could give this location 5 stars, but the parking is small and the establishment itself is very small. Some stupid girl almost hit me while I was trying to pull out of there because she was too impatient and/or unaware to just wait for me to back up, so I had to be the bigger person and just let her leave first. The staff here is nowhere near as friendly as the Chatsworth location’s staff. The young man who took my order was nice, but the ladies not so much, seeing as how they were emotionally overwhelmed by the line of customers. However, this location is like 5 minutes away from my house and my gym, so I will definitely be eating here often. I would love to update my review, so I’m hoping for my next visit to be a little more pleasant.

I came in for lunch alone on a monday. I ordered a salmon fried taco and a natural pineapple juice. It came out to 13 dollars. They had so much workers. But the service was slow. The place in burbank is better, there workers are polite and helpful.

Waited for 20 minutes, got all the way home to open this… Supposed to be a Santa Fe burrito(cheese, guac, poco de gallo) instead packed with peppers, onions, beans and rice. We loved Sharky’s but… Service here has been slipping significantly.

The food here was really good. Seasoned very well and exceptionally tasty. I got the BBQ chicken pizza and I couldn’t help but to eat the whole thing in one sitting. I also had a side of yams that were great. I came with my friends and they each got something different. One got the all natural angus steak with brown rice and broccoli. The steak was SOOO good. She let me have a little taste. My other friend got the«All Natural Chicken with quinoa and veggies. All the food was«Intagram picture worthy.» Our food came out fast too. The only thing that I noticed was no server came to check to see if everything with our food was okay. Personally it didn’t bother me enough to take a star away from the ratings, but other guests of the restaurant might not be as forgiving.

This and the Sharkey’s on Empire in Burbank are my favorite locations. Service is consistently great, employees very nice, orders correct, and I’m always asked for my tel # for their rewards program.(Skip the Toluca Lake on Riverside location unless you’re desperate.) I noticed a reviewer had a bad experience with it smelling. Yikes! I’ve never encountered anything like that at any Sharkey’s and I can attest to the cleanliness throughout the years I’ve been a patron. Maybe a delivery truck or waste mgmt had a mishap? As well, like any place, it’s busy and then it isn’t and then it is again. That’s a no-brainer. I do sympathize with that reviewer’s odorous encounter. It’s just not the norm.

Very disappointed from the service and the food we ordered. We waited for more than 40 min for 2 salads and 1 burrito. One of the salads was supposed to be with a little spinach, extra cheese and extra sour cream, and they decided to give me just spinach with a drizzle of cheese… i wish there was a way i can put negative stars!

Love this place for a health conscious take on Mexican food. Very yummy. I have tried the nachos which are super big and very tasty, the burritos, meat and tofu, which are all good. The Yucatan yams. Bomb. And the Mahi Mahi tacos and salmon plates. All is very good. Overall, I appreciate that they use local, Organic and fresh ingredients.

Sharky’s must be revamping their restaurants. Looks like they are remodeling. Customer service has improved and they now offer some fancy water. Love their fish tacos and fresh salsa. This location can get really busyi

So you’re on the chill around Valley College in the Valley and the Hunger Demon comes forth. You’re having none of it. What better way to beat him down than with Sharky’s organic Mexican. Super fresh, made to order and delish. Employees are more sincere than a WalMart greeter. Get busy wit this!
