I really hate when i go here and order food. Not only do they get my order wrong but they burn your food. Last time i ever come here. To top it off i found a hair inside my horchata.

Just ordered a chile relleno burrito and two tacos(pastor, asada). First time here but had experienced the food in another Rigos on Vanowen. Honestly, I could get this type of Mexican at another spot. The asada was okay but the pastor was delicious. I’ll be back to keep checking out the menu but will stay away from my original order. Their salsa was on point especially the red sauce. Place was really clean and they had great staff there.

Overpriced and way to greasy. I know this isn’t healthy food, but the grease should drop through the bag. Its way to expensive, and the service is kind of crappy. They act like you’re asking for they’re first born child or something when you’re ordering. +1 star cuz their red salsa is bomb.

Not the greatest mexican food around. Could do better job and not to be that pricey.

I wish this place would get my order right someday so I can actually try what I wanted to get in the first place. Everything looks delicious and everyone local recommends it, I just hope to experience that someday if I ever decide to go back. Frankly, I’m just tired of paying for their meals that I didn’t order, and trying to explain to them why my order was incorrect, it seems like they’re extremely lazy to put effort into any customer service if you don’t speak Spanish. I tried, I really wanted to like it. But the service turned me off way too much to actually appreciate the supposed-authenticity of their Mexican food.

If I get a hair in my food longer then my arm and I know its not mine because my hair is buzzed, your getting a 1 star.

Pretty good mexican food that is cheap! Kitchen and seating area is and stays clean! Lunch time is pretty busy there and they only have a little sitting area. Great for takeout just call ahead

If I could give no stars, I would. Food is terrible. Meat is poor quality. Tortilla chips were stale. It was $ 12 for the nachos and all they had was cheese, meat, beans, and stale chips. Super overpriced. $ 7 for a little sope?! Come on. Place is awful. Never again. Idk how it’s still open. HORRIBLE.

I live down the street from this hole in the wall and the food is deeelicious. This use to be my favorite Mexican place, but the prices have sky-rocketed. My favorite is the Al Pastor burrito, but they have other great eats like the super nachos. If you eat in, you get a side of beans and chips. I recommend this place, but it can get costly.

I love the food and authenticity and it’s conveniently located near home but I hate the atmosphere. I wouldn’t go there at night and never alone, it gets very creepy in the parking lots and poorly lit areas. Foods great, price is great, take out is always fast, and servers have always been friendly!

One of the best mexican places to eat. Real good food! One of the best hours around. Open late while others are closed! I stop by from time to time to pick up nachos or a burrito right after work! The only thing i say to change on there nacho cheese is to make it more thicker. Its kinda watery but yah other than that Go Now lol

The food is good and fresh. If you like the street style tacos as much as I do, this place is definitely worth a stop. They are $ 1.59 each so order a few and treat yourself. The place is not a looker and is warm inside so don’t expect the Cheesecake Factory environment when you get here. It’s a taco stand that makes good Mexican food, but that’s it. I can see this place frequented by locals and college students. Parking is limited so you might have to round about a couple times until something opens up.

Meat is low quality. It’s not worth the trouble. Tortillas are good. The place is run down, but that doesn’t bother me one bit. But why serve people fatty meat full of gristle? To save money? People will pay more for higher quality food. Go to Poquito Mas and see what they are doing: high quality ingredients, higher prices, long lines.

I will start off by saying it hurts me to give a local business three stars. We came here because it was open when others were not, it took credit card(1.00 fee) and the okay reviews on Unilocal. We ordered a burrito with birria with sour cream and 3 carne asada tacos plus one al pastor. First the burrito we asked for with sour cream, came with no sour cream. The tortilla was fresh and the meat was pretty good but not the best. The al pastor taco was so good, I wish I got them all that way. The corn tortillas were also the good home made type. The carne asada was okay, I kinda expected more since hole in the walls are always the best. Maybe it wasn’t the best cause it was towards the end of the day, idk. But eh. The best thing about this place was the salsa bar. Both the green and red salsa were great! So, 3 stars, unfortunately. It was good but I can’t compare it to the places that deserved my 4 star ratings.

I used to come here all the time when I lived right down the street, and loved their burger/fry/drink combo for only about $ 3. Since then, prices have went up, quality has went down. The fries don’t have the addicting seasoning anymore, the burger is much tinier than it used to be. On the flip side, the burritos are just as awesome as always, though wish they had a bit more spice to them. You’d think after going there for about five years I would have tried more than just the burger & burrito, but yet to do so. Next time, might go with a torta.
