I came into this store looking for a card. The associate working was an older Caucasian heavyset woman who did not greet me or ask me if I needed any help. I am not new to this store and have never experience such lack of customer service. When I found the card for me, I walked up to the counter to pay. All she said was«Is this it?», I responded«yes!» She rang the card up, told me the total of my purchase, and placed my receipt on the counter and it rolled off the counter, as I was putting my hand out to grab it from her. And STILLNO Word from this woman. AREYOUKIDDINGME? She was an unpleasant woman and seem to hate her job and showed no interest in the people there spending money to pay for her position. I will always shop at Papyrus but will NOT return to this location.

I came to Papyrus to look for wedding invitations. They had tons of catalogs with the actual invitations inside(not just pictures of them), so I got to see the quality of the paper and ink, which was great. A store associate named Tiffany helped me by suggesting catalogs to look in, and even went the extra mile by calling the invitations company directly to ask a question about modifying an invitation I found. I ended up choosing one of the invitations and Tiffany wrote up the text very carefully and let me take my time making sure that it was perfect. When you’re ordering 100 invitations, that’s so important. I had a great experience here and would recommend this store for wedding invitations and regular greeting cards alike.

Came in here with about 10 – 15 minutes before they closed. The employee kept announcing that she HAD to close the store in 5 minutes because of all the other closing work she needed to complete. Excuse me, you close the store at the posted time and then you take care of those other things. She was literally telling potential customers who were coming in the store that the store was closed & they had to leave. One customer said he knew just what he wanted, picked it off the shelf & the employee still said no and made him put the card down and leave. To the lucky few who were already in the store, she said they had to immediately pay for what they had in their hands or she would tell them to leave without making a purchase. What type of service is that? Wouldn’t you want people to bring money into the store until the very last second? I sure would hope so. I’ve honestly never experienced an employee like that.

I stopped by here in search of something to send my sister, who was off in Europe for a semester. I found several classy, elegant blank cards, along with a few funny, cute ones. As I was browsing around I took a peek at the wedding invitations. They had a ton of sample books that give an in-depth preview of customizable options. As I was checking out, the girl at the counter mentioned that she noticed I was looking at the wedding stuff and struck up a comfortable conversation. She offered to help me and my fiancé put together our invitations and gave me her card. Although I am probably not going to use them for my invitations(a bit pricey for our budget), I would have liked to…
