I have finally found a place to take care of ALL OF MY LAUNDRY NEEDS! I’ve been looking for a dry cleaners since I moved to the Valley, and these guys are hands down the best. Their prices are incredibly competitive especially for the 5 star service they give. My clothes are ALWAYS cleaned perfectly, and now I even get my bed sheets laundered

As a busy mom with a 1000 things on my to do list — I can tell you that Custom Laundry and Cleaners does everything it can to make my life easier! They do excellent work, and i should know because we have a huge amount of dry cleaning each week. They always say yes, no matter what I throw at them. From folding my husband’s shirts, to delivering our clothes weekly, to hemming my son’s Halloween costume, to turning around an order quickly for our last minute vacation. I love how hands on everyone is. They always pick up the phone to make sure I get things back just the way I want them. I love having them as my neighborhood dry cleaners and recommend them to everyone I know.

Custom Laundry and Cleaners are great! They are helpful, friendly, honest and reasonable. I have only had good experiences with their customer service, laundry, dry cleaning and friendly staff. Our clothes always look clean and in good shape, and they often help carry my clothes to and from the car – so helpful! My husband is happy with them too, which says a lot!

I have only experienced quality service and workmanship. My shirts are superbly laundered and I’m a very fussy person. The service is always cordial and totally customer oriented. They even help carry my laundry and dry goods to the car. You won’t be disappointed.

Unlike Amy L. I have never had a bad experience here. I have been a customer since before they purchased it. I have always found everyone to be polite and very professional. I am not sure what happened to her but, my sheets are always perfect.
Do not let one person influence your choice of a good local business. Too many are fighting to stay alive and negative reviews can be so one sided.

My wife and I have used Custom Laundry for about 8 years. Laundry and dry cleaning, men’s and women’s plus household items. Service has been quite good. If you have a need for a rush order, they will accommodate you otherwise it takes a couple of days for regular service. Rates are competitive. Over the years I have had a couple of shirt buttons crack — a negligible issue, but they will fix it one the spot. Otherwise, no issues. Custom Laundry is also a wholesaler to other cleaners and laundry shops in the Valley so they must be doing something right. Even though I moved a couple of years ago from their area, i still drive the 6 miles to use Customs service each week.

A disgrace of a dry cleaning and laundry business!
The quality of cleaning has been compromised over the years. They are cutting corners and retuning ones clothes and bedding that is not cleaned properly!
Run quickly from this establishment!
Its filthy inside so how can your clothes possibly be clean when you get them back!
There are too many businesses that care about their Customers… Stay clear of this poorly run establishment!
