0STARS!!! I don’t even remember the last time I ate from this place. This is for sure my last!!! 1st off, their prices are ridiculously high(Why!!!), THEREFOODISGARBAGE!!! When I got home(which is only 2 blocks away) and took a bite of my burger, it was cold as if I waited a couple hours to eat it. Stay away from this place, you’ll regret it!!!

Whoever is making their sandwiches here is doing a very lousy job! There’s hardlay any sauce or lettuce or onions in my famous star and they have higher prices than other Carl’s Jr. If u don’t have a coupon, don’t even come here, service is kinda slow. This used to be my fave carl’s jr

The Franchisee is losing money by its employees theft. I use to Area Manage 24 stores of Domino’s. I dealt and found ways that employees would steal from their stores and fire them. This store is being stolen from blindly, but on a whole different level. So I went to Carl’s jr. here numerous times in different vehicles, be it my own, lyft, über etc. Every time I would order a couple of items and every time, the items that were mass produced ahead of time for lunch rush or dinner rush, would be missing. They would then say that the manager was not in until the following day to have you deal with your order, please bring in your receipt. I thought maybe its just my dumb luck. So I had a couple of friends do the same thing, and wallah they were missing ordered items too. Well, 90% of people won’t bring in their receipt the following day because they are busy and then they forget about it. So you say how is this truly stealing? When you add up about 40+ people a day jipped on food, thats a lot of money starting to add up, especially if the food is paid for later in a meal, instead of the special which is 5.55. This is well organized because that means those shift leaders who do the close outs, account for the overrages by converting them to the cash sales. They then save that money until the end of the week, or distribute it on a shift lead basis. The franchisee never knows because the waste reports don’t show any lost food, except for the once or twice someone comes in to claim they are missing an item. There is an expected waste amount per day so that makes things look normal. So lets say its 40 people per shift that get stiffed for food. That makes 80 people a day, at 2.00 per sandwhich average stiffed thats 160.00 a day, at 7 days a week. Lady’s and gentleman 1120.00 a week. Probably split between about 12 employees that equates to about 400.00 a month of extra take home cash. $ 4480.00 a month out of the Franchisee’s pocket. When I use to catch people at the domino’s and made them stop. You’d see shops that were barely scraping positive suddenly make $ 5000.00 a month profit. This has been over the course of a year that the continual theft has been going on. There is no way constant items are missing all the time every time I go, unless this is what is going on.

Whether it’s related to their over inflated corporate pricing or untrained staff, this stand has nothing but problems. I ordered a burger at the drive through and when I got home(2 mins away) I found that the bun was stale. Let me clarify. It wasn’t just stale, it was hard as a rock! When I went back, the manager took the wrapped burger and put it BACK on the service line!!! My HACCP and Serve Safe Training could not be contained and I blew up. What kind of linesmen serve that kind of bun and what kind of management takes food that a customer returns and sticks it back on the line to be resold!!! Answer — Carl’s Jr on Woodman!

Maria is rude. Maria, if you’re reading this, I feel sorry for you. I really do! That’s why I won’t call the store owner to tell him about you. Good luck with your sad life.

Drive thru would’ve been a breeze had she paid more attention when we placed our order; we gave our drink options yet she had to ask us twice before we closed out what we wanted to drink; we also asked for Ranch dressing and got a sh*tload of ketchup instead, WTF?! My burger had half the bun torn off; my diet Dr. Pepper was hella watered down. Gee, thanks guys. I suppose I’ll be back; the BK joint closer to me sucks way more actually and Jack in the Box is too far LOL

Sub par location. The prices are off the charts here. Way above other Carl’s Jr. locations. Trust me, your jaw will drop when you order a meal. They did a recent remodel of the bathroom. It used to be disgusting. Now, it’s only mildly disturbing.

I stopped by the drive-thru here on my way back home from my buddy’s house. There was quite a line, apparently I wasn’t the only one with late-night munchies. I ordered their charbroiled santa fe chicken sandwich, which is one of only three items I ever buy from Carl’s Jr. It came out pretty good, the meat was cooked perfectly and they put just the right amount of southwest sauce. The drive-thru attendant was pretty nice, and got the line moving pretty fast. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty quiet and seemed like a safe place. If I come back here, I’ll try another item and update my review.

20 min in the drive thru with one person in front of me. How the f@ck is this«fast food». Downloaded the app and wrote the review in less time… AND I get home and not even REMOTELY close to what I ordered. Seriously? !?! We are paying you American dollars and almost half an hour later we can’t get something as simple as «a number two no lettuce». Absolutely f@cking ridiculous. Until they hire employees that are not high or give a $hit go to McDonald’s.

This review is not about the food or quality thereof, This review is about the incompetence that the person filling a simple order could not even do, and the lack of action taken by the store to rectify the situation. My wife went to the drive through, ordered a very simple order, a wester bacon cheeseburger and a famous star, and two criscut fries. She gets home, about a 3 mile drive from there, I look in the bag, and it has two criscut fries, a famous star, and a regular fries. I call the store, and speak with someone claiming he is the manager,(that is after finally someone answered the phone). The first call rang for 2 minutes and then a second call back in when the phone auto disconnected due to no answer. I advised the person claiming he was the manager that the order was missing an item and had a different item in it that was not ordered. Its not about the money, it is about the inconvenience of having to return to somewhere to pick up something that should not have been missed in the first place. The so called manager after explaining to him quite a few times the order was missing the one burger, apologizes and all he can do is offer me a free meal. I don’t want the free meal, just what I paid for, but not at the expense of driving for 10 minutes while my fries get cold to have to then physically walk into the store to ask for my burger. I suggested he simply issue a refund for the missed item on my card charge which is easily trackable in their system, and he went silent, did not say a word until I repeated myself and he simply said sorry. Frankly, that is not the point, I understand it was a mistake, but how a mistake is handled makes all the difference. I have been going to this Carls JR. for 4 years, and this is the first time I have ever had the order wrong or had to deal with such incompetence. I will be contacting carls JR corporate, because what should have happened, did not. Issue a credit for the amount of the missing item, I already was told sorry, so I don;t need another apology, but I do want my money back for the missing item. I have several choices in fast food burgers all within a couple of miles of me. I could go to in n out, mc donalds, the habit, burger king, etc, but I chose carls jr because I like the taste and was in the area. Poor customer service won’t prevent me from going back, but take care of making sure the order is right.

Just left and of course one of my all natural burgers is not in my bag. What ever you do never drive off from this place without checking your bag first. Either the management is in on it or they should be because I’ve been going here regularly for years and for the past two to three years there is always a large burger missing from my order. Once the guy reviewed my bag in front of me and handed it to me. I looked in it immediately in front of him and of course had to ask where was my second burger, and he grinned! Nasty Sneak, So no it’s definitely no accident. Definitely find another one to go to because the burgers are good.

Waited in drive thru for hand scooped Oreo ice cream sandwich. When I got there, they said they don’t have it. I asked if they could give another option in it’s place but manager said no, would not match the price, so I left. Not the way to take care of your customers. Waste of my time. I won’t go back.

Went through the drive-through and couldn’t understand the employee taking my order because another employee was blowing into the microphone really loud to the point where it hurt my ear. I asked the girl what that was and she replied: «crazy coworkers», so I said she should tell them to chill out! I pulled up to the window and paid. While I waited for my food, some skinny little black kid came up to the window and glared at me while blowing into his microphone. I told him to kindly grow the fuck up, took my burger from the stupid girl and left. They both should be fired at once and definitely should have been raised better…

I should have read the other reviews on this place! Wow. I am in agreeance! Rude employees at the drive thru! I have been here twice actually and both times, they do not give you your receipt and when you ask for it they give you some kind of attitude! What? I understand its fast food! But at least don’t have a dirty look on your face lady! wow! Food is decent I guess. I mean, its fast food so it is what it is.
