I have always had bad experience when it came to waxing my brows so I stuck to threading but I was tired of the pain. Someone suggested I try waxing again but at the benefit brow bar and I’m sooooo happy I listened I booked an appointment with ruby and even though I was late she was so sweet and understanding. she saved my brows and now they look the best they ever have I HIGHLY recommend you give the brow bar a try you won’t be disappointed

I have never been able to find someone to wax my eyebrows to my liking. Ruby at the benefit bar is SOOOO good. She turned my eyebrows from unshaped and uneven to arched and perfect ! Not only is she super talented at arching, she also does your makeup after waxing to make sure when you leave you aren’t all red and swollen. She is super nice and definitely the best !

I have had trouble with my eyebrows for years. I had them tattooed twice. Both times they turned red after about 4 years. I went to Ruby to help me with this problem. She did such a great job I am finally happy with my eyebrows. The brows are perfectly shaped and she showed me how to correct the red color with a color corrector. I was happy with the products Ruby recommended, it is two steps process that I can easily do daily. I never felt she push other products I wasn’t interested in. I will continue going to Ruby and recommend to all my friends. THANKSYOURUBY. Carlyn

I’m sorry that it’s taken me so long to write a review on the Benefit Brow bar located inside of the Macy’s Store in Fashion Square. I had received a birthday notice from Macy’s and when I went to make an appointment there was some confusion. The professional and speedy customer service to rectify the situation was so impressive. It was the best birthday gift. I love Benefit Mascara, gimme brow and their push up liner. I will now also be going to their brow bar for service. Thank you!

I was sooo disappointed coming here. I had grown out my brows for a while and was looking for a nice shape and cleanup. Instead, I got over tweezed, uneven, and weirdly arched brows. Somehow, she made my brows look sparse. Not worth $ 20. Even worse, I was left with a weird bump in between my brows that has yet to go down. WHAT! Very upset.

My brows are historically difficult to work with. They’re kinda sparse and each side grows in different directions. I’ve gone down the waxing and threading routes, but I’ve never left those places thinking ‘man, my brows look fantastic!’ I thought I’d give the Brow Bar a shot. I mean, it couldn’t be worse than other places, right? Ruby was the gal working with my sorry excuses for brows. I’ve told her my frustrations with my brows, and she said she’d see how she can work with them. She talked me through the shape she was going for and showed me what they’d look like BEFORE starting any work. What a concept… that was so helpful. After she was done, she filled in my brows with a product I already use, so there wasn’t any pressure to upsell. I was so impressed! I couldn’t stop checking them out in the mirror. I literally have never been so happy with my eyebrows. I will now be returning to Ruby as long as possible.

I’ve been going to Ruby to have my brows done for the last year or so. I never have a problem getting in with her, and she always does a fantastic job. This is my favorite place to get my brows done.

First things first: the number listed is NOT the Benefit counter’s number. That is the number for Macy’s and it is a huge pain to go through the operator to be connected with them. That being said, I was very pleased with the woman who did my eyebrows yesterday. I believe her name was Amanda. She is the only one who does brows there. Because I had a million things to do, I kept changing my appointment time and unfortunately, she was not there when I showed up at 3:15. A scheduling mix up-argh. However, she apologized when she got back from lunch(15 min later) and worked on me for almost 30 minutes! I’ve had my brows done at Benefit Brow Bars in Sacramento and at the Union Square Macy’s in San Francisco and I NEVER get that amount of time. 15 – 20 minutes at most. When I told her I get really red because I’m so fair skinned, she was very patient. She put lots of lotion on me to lessen the redness, and then proceeded to put makeup on my red spots when she heard I was meeting someone immediately after I left the store. She wanted to show me how good the eyebrow makeup could look but I didn’t have time. What I liked about her was that she suggested helpful products but didn’t PUSH them. That is a lovely combination in the cosmetics industry! Overall, I’ll go back!
