I’m usually not the one to complain about businesses, but bigfoot java is defiantly a business to complain about. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minuets for a 24 ounce because the girls just stand around and talk to each other. Honestly, I love their drinks, but they really need to focus on their job instead of their social life. Yes I understand that you can talk to each other while at work, but making a customer wait 5 minuets for an order to be taken, 3 minuets to make that order that was placed 5 minuets ago, and 2 minuets to give it to me after its been made, is not the way to do it. There’s honestly only one person who I like there because she gets your order done, and gets you out of there for the next customer(sadly I don’t know her name).

Honestly this used to be my favorite coffee stand. I would go almost everyday, it was that good & there whipped cream WAS the best. But lately the coffee and customer service is crap. Example: I once ordered a 20 oz iced white chocolate and got a 16 oz iced pineapple, disgusting! I never get consistent coffee and the barista acts like I’m an inconvenience, they talk to eachother while ignoring you, makes for an awkward 5 mins.

First trip I waited behind a car, that was already at the window, for over 10 minutes. When I got to the window the«barista» says,“sorry, they were waiting for another order to come in from a text”. Wth, have your order ready when you get there and shame on the employee for not suggesting they come back when they have their orders… Second time, wait 10 minutes while BOTH employees chat with car in front, when I get up to the window, the employee is rude as if me being there is an annoyance to her. Yep, I tried a 3rd time… waiting behind car at window, approx 5 minutes, see BOTH employees at the window laughing with car in front… I backup and pull out of the line, go to Taco Bell drive through, spend a 1.50 on a coffee, pull out and the car and employees are still in same position as when I pulled out of the line. POOR customer service… NEVER spending a dime there again. I would give 0 stars if I could

Never again. First trip: I waited for 10 minutes while the girls in the booth conversed with a friend instead of helping actual customers. Left without coffee. Girls were rude when I left. Sorry to interrupt social hour… Second Trip: Latte = Espresso and steamed milk. NOT vanilla, not almond, not sweetener, not caramel. Worst Latte ever. Threw it in the trash after two sips. As stated, never again. Sad to say McDonalds makes better coffee.

Terrible coffee! Tastes bitter & otherwise tasteless! They should probably ask how the coffee is rather than assuming it’s fine, which it’s not. Won’t go back.

I get turnover is rapid in these places but maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if these girls were properly trained. I never drink coffee but was in the mood for something warm and not too strong. I asked the teenage girl and she had a little attitude and said she only drinks stuff with white chocolate and I specifically asked for no whites chocolate so she literally couldn’t help me choose. I waited 5 min for the other girl to be done with someone else and even then it was hard to decide. I finally went online and looked at Other brand coffees to get a sense of what I wanted. I love that information is at our fingertips these days but I customer service shouldn’t be a lost art. You should be trained on the products you’re selling! 2 stars for the company slacking off.

This was a pit stop en route to our beach destination three hours south so we wanted to get our java in double quick time. Unfortunately, there was only ONE barista manning both drive-thru counters and the walk-up counter. On a Friday evening, no less. She charged us for only one drink since we were patient and did not kick up a fuss. Unfortunately, she didn’t make our beverages the way the menu described them. Quite unfortunate.

Big Foot is my favorite coffee shop because i just honestly dont like starbucks. They are open 24 hours a day so that makes it SO easy to stop in for a drink. Another amazing thing is that they serve white coffee! It is amazing.
