Yes, this is still the SLOWEST McDonalds in the County, been sitting for 22 minutes in drive thru line and I still haven’t made it to the speaker to order or moved-​up! I have to go here to get food for our employees all the time and I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t convenient for after school practices/​events. I do NOT recommend this McDonalds. As of 2÷17÷16, this McDonald’s is still #1 WORST McDonalds in Shelby County. The employees TRY to be nice but it’s the Manager who is crude, rude and unreasonable when dealing with their poor service and slow wait times!

As previously posted this must be the slowest
McD’s in Indiana the line at the drive thru was
Back to the interstate, had no idea where the
Line inside started, there were people standing
And waiting everywhere.
The mix up on orders had to be seen to be
Believed.
I won’t be checking in here again.

Food was barely warm. I ordered a McDouble no cheese. Received a McDouble WITH cheese, but none of the other fixings. Husband got what he ordered. Again, food barely warm.
