Very subpare everytime I’ve been always out of something been a total of 3 times won’t go back between 25 min wait on chicken because they was«out» to stale biscuits clumpy cold gravy to didn’t even have ANY condiments through the drive through no thank you colonel

Usually order 2 – 3 times a month. Very dissatisfied recently, this month, week one, no grilled was available. «We don’t have any» was the only excuse. Week two, no original was ready, this was for a drive thru at 5 pm. To most that is dinner time. How can KFC not have have chicken ready? Lastly this week, no original, no grilled @ 6pm. Had to wait 20 minutes for the extra crispy. KFCYOUDOSELLCHICKEN, RIGHT. Sorry going across the street to Chicken Inn from now on.

The chicken here is usually pretty good as it is at all KFC locations and the service seems to be ok, nothing outstanding just average. Sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook fresh chicken, which i think is better than getting chicken under the heat lamp that’s been there for several hours, lol. They do not overfill the to go cups with mashed potatoes or slaw. The prices are a bit expensive for what you get but that tends to be the case at most KFC locations. If this location had a lunch buffet or an all time all day buffet I think they would be much much busier as the KFC in Greenfield with the buffet is normally steadily busy. Make sure you check your bag if you go through the drive through at this location as you may not have received any plastic ware napkins or other items. And also verify they have the correct order in your bag.

Not impressed with the service. Food is decent and people are friendly but always understaffed. Tweenty minute wait for food is foreseeable.

7:45 pm ordered a chicken strip meal and waited half an hour until everybody else is been waited on. Oh we forgot you. No profuse apologies, no comp or any sign they wanted to retain my business. Cashier hands me the box that had been sitting there overlooked for half an hour. Everything inside was ice cold. Told them that I ordered mashed potatoes and not wedges. They only fill the container one third full. I honestly don’t know what else to say. The dining room needs swept the tables need wiped. This isn’t rocket surgery. You smile and greet everyone who walks in. You take their order and get it right and time-of-service out at five minutes max. You check that the food is hot and fresh and keep the place clean so people come back. Honestly, I feel sorry for them…

This KFC is definitely a HIT or MISS, they never seem to have the quantity of chicken legs that you ask for, they never have any FREE promotions for example buy«X» family meal and get a quart of KFC Lemonade for FREE, I bet I did this 5x times and they just happened to be out of stock each and every time with nothing to offer for a substitution when questioned. This company is unethical for removing their Unilocal reviews, as this isn’t the first time I’ve reviewed this particular KFC location. The quality of the food once you get it, is typically good and everything is correct except that they never give you any«extras» that you specifically ask for when ordering – especially at the drive-thru like honey, butter, napkins, salt, pepper, utensils etc.
