Just walked into this place and had to wait for them to clean off a table before we were seated. Funny thing is that the restaurant was half empty, nobody thought to clean tables as patrons left, they waited for new patrons before cleaning off tables. LAZY! Then they had no menus. They finally brought my wife and I one to share. WTF? Stay away!

Chain sit down restaurant, good parking, and olé country style menu items. The service was very slow and I had to go find a manager 3 times to get drink refills and incorrect food items corrected as my server was no where to be found, guess they take long smoke breaks in this location. The food did taste good and was reasonably prices, or slightly high priced. The amount of food served was small portions, not anywhere near a large country serving size, but it was still tasty. Fix the service issues and increase portion sizes and stars will go up, ha.

I was on my way back from Kentucky and was stopping for breakfast i went to Bob Evans the breakfast good but then again its not rocket science, its Eggs and Bacon but i have to mention the people here were the most friendliest and very polite, it was small town folks and local farmers, i think i would like living this slow and stress free life, no maybe not im going back to Chicago where i belong

We were here ⁹⁄₄ for breakfast as we were driving to Cincy. We were seated quickly as it wasn’t busy on a Friday morning around 10-​ish. The server was friendly and took our orders. It was down hill from there and no fault of the server. Apparently they had 4 call offs from staff, the manager was in the kitchen cooking and they ran out of biscuits because she thought the tray they had wasn’t suitable for serving which is fine however, they didn’t have any others prepared. So we get our food without biscuits except for my girlfriend who only received her eggs and not the rest of her order minus the biscuits. After about 20+ minutes the manager comes from the kitchen to apologize and explain. They brought me toast at my request instead of biscuits, let my friend order something else on the menu and never brought her the other items. The pancakes she received were not completely done in the middle and less than satisfying. Ultimately they comped her food, which wasn’t very much. My order and my husband’s were not discounted since we were only missing an order of biscuits and I accepted toast in place of those. The whole experience really ate into our travel time on top of being a less than satisfying experience. We won’t be stopping here again.

I can only give this place 2 stars because our waitress and the other staff was polite and I could tell they felt bad that the kitchen was way understaffed and they ran out of biscuits. First, I was brought just one item from my order. Then we waited. And waited. My meal ended up being comped because we waited a long time before they even came out to tell me it would be 10 – 15 more minutes before I would get my order. So I changed my order to plain pancakes. When they came, they weren’t even cooked all the way. It really was a disaster all around. If the waitress hadn’t been as accommodating, and kept our drinks full, this would have been a 1 star rating. Won’t be back to this location any time soon.

Don’t place online orders with these people.
The people who work there are computer illiterate.
I placed an online order, waited 30 minutes to pick it up, it was amazing that no one there could find the order, even after I showed it to them.
They also became defensive and belligerent.

It’s hard for me to give a chain 5 stars, but this place deserves it (plus, I feel like anyone who gives a place a low rating because of the price of a drink is an idiot who must not get out to eat much, so I’m hoping to offset that some).
I was just passing through and was running quite early, so I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered the Cinnamon Supreme pancakes and has browns (extra crispy, please) and a hot cocoa. Everything was to order and tasted great — beat the hell out of IHOP for sure.
The best part of this experience was the service. My server had to step out for her break in the middle of my meal but everyone made sure I was taken care of — 2 other servers and the manager. Awesome teamwork.
Loved it, will for sure be back the next time I pass through!

This is a decent place for a home style breakfast. You get what you pay for.
