They said they would be at my house the next day to fix the window. I waited all day on them and they never showed up or called. I have stopped in to their store and made the appointment with the person behind the counter and gave him my phone number and address and all information. They were supposed to call me if something came up but they did not. I did attempt to call them a couple times that afternoon when they didn’t show up early. No one answered the phone so I left detailed voice messages. Then I called them about three other times during the next week and every time received voicemail and no answer at the store and left messages and still no one ever called me back. So I ended up getting a hold of another company and had the window fixed for less money so it worked out better in the long run. But their customer service and follow up is horrible and I don’t like when companies make promises and then fail to deliver.
