Viviano Flower Shop

Thank you Viviano’s for delivering a beautiful bouquet to my best friend, whose family member recently passed away. The bouquet looked very similar to the picture of the bouquet I ordered online. I will be ordering from Viviano’s from now on whenever I need a flower delivery in the area.

Had Viviano’s do my engagement party last weekend. they did a great job! Rose really worked with my ideas and budget to get the best centerpieces I could. The backdrop on the stage and our head table looked amazing! Everyone loved the décor :) Only reason for 4 stars is that it was still slightly expensive. but worth it since they did the set up and clean up. They were also extremely prepared and timely — the tablecloths were set a whole day prior to the event! Would definitely recommend them.

I called to order a same day delivery to a hospital and they could NOT have made is any easier! Charlotte was attentive and so SO friendly! I work in customer service so I think her demeanor, tone, and attitude was something extremely commendable. She helped me from beginning to end and got my delivery sent out on the same day. I wasn’t even sure of the hospital room number and she called and got it for me.
When the flowers arrived, everyone was amazed by how beautiful and colorful they were. I asked for a «get well soon» bouquet and she put together something just amazing. I cannot thank everyone from Viviano’s enough.
P. S. This was my first time ever buying flowers and I would not take my business elsewhere!

Called here for the first time today to order flowers for one of our customers — I was greeted on the phone at 9AM on a MONDAY! morning, by the friendliest person ever! They were anxious for our business, and delivered a beautiful arrangement by 12:30 PM that was incredibly well received.
THAT is great customer Service!

Viviano’s has always risen to the occasion, no matter how big or small. It has supplied the most exquisite flowers for family weddings and consistently and beautifully handles arrangements for birthdays and holidays. My only quibble is that they don’t have many edgy or avant garde offerings, which likely is due to the lack of a general demand for such arrangements in their market. The sales help is incredibly helpful, and it is always comforting to be recognized when placing an order. This family-​owned florist is «go to» in Motown.

Since I live out of state, it’s always difficult to order flowers for friends and family in Michigan. I’ve ordered flowers from Viviano’s twice and have been very impressed by the service and quality of the flowers. Last summer, I ordered flowers for my mom after she broke her arm. I gave them an overall idea of the flowers and colors that I would like, but left the overall flower selection to the experts at Viviano’s. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers she received and I was very impressed at how beautiful the bouquet Vivianos put together. It was absolutely beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. It’s truly impressive how they are able to understand your suggestions and put together beautiful flowers.

I choose Viviano’s as my wedding florist because they were highly rated and family owned. They are pricey but I live out of state so I didnt mind spending more since I wanted to make sure it got done right with me spending less time with the vendor.
Marena was my consultant and she was great — very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I’m very particular… hello its my wedding… she worked with my ideas and offerred good suggestions.
I selected succulents for my boutonnieres but they turned out awful — falling apart and very small. I wish they would have told me succulents aren’t the best flower since they are the experts.
I was missing flowers, crystals, and votives from my ceremony floral arrangements. I told them about the ceremony floral arrangements right away — they apologized and sent me a $ 50 gift card. WTF… I dont even live in the state so this is pointless plus not having the focal piece for my wedding should be more than $ 50 especially when spending over $ 5k on flowers.
After looking at my wedding photos, I noticed 2 of my centerpeices were missing details that I paid for. I just wrote them about the other missing details and requested a full reimbursement of the missing items which they gave me. They were quick with their responses and reimbursement.
Overall I rate this place middle of the route since the flowers turned out nicely but due to their prices that is what I expect. Obviously, disappointed that I paid for things I didnt get but happy they gave me the money back.
If you decide to go with this vendor please make sure you get everything you paid for at your event, be proactive with asking questions, ensure quality of the flowers is what you are expecting/​paying for and double check after the event to make sure you got everything you paid for.

There is always a wide array of flowers to choose from and I love the «Cash» deal. I usually make a great looking, large bouquet for little cost. I have never had a problem with a delivery either.

Incredible florist. We always go to the Shelby Township location. I just call, say the occassion, how much I want to spend and they just KNOW what to do. Always beautiful, fresh flowers that last. Highly reccomend.

Wonderful florist. Incredibly friendly, accommodating and executes amazing arrangements. Not too artsy and not to overworked with green filler. I highly recommend.

Pricey. but WORTH every penny!

i used the Shelby Twp. location of Viviano’s for my wedding in 2005. Their wedding coordinator was fantastic. i instantly liked her. she listened to all my ideas. went over all of my pictures. asked questions. all until she knew EXACTLY what i wanted. We did all roses for our wedding and i think the prices were very reasonable. the service was absolutely fantastic. i was a high strung bride so knowing that the people handling my flowers were more than in control of the situation was great.
everything turned out beautifully. i LOVED my bouquet. it was 3 dozen roses (white & purple) with jeweled white stephonotis wrapped in a white ribbon with pearl tipped pins. it was EXACTLY what i wanted and was even more beautiful than i pictured in my head. the bridesmaid bouquets also turned out beautifully.
the tiers of our cake were separated with roses and the ones they used were beautiful. all opened just enough and nothing wilted!!!
since my wedding i’ve ordered from Viviano’s every time i’ve needed flowers for something and i have NEVER been disappointed.
