Great company to work with. Professional people to sell and install products. Have use them for all shutters and blinds that we have installed so far and will use again when needed in the future. Great communications during ordering and installation so no surprises when job done.

I was nothing short of impressed with the service and quality of product we received from One Stop Decorating. Our in-​home sales process was easy and we felt confident with our purchase. Bob was able to meet us at a convenient time and we extremely knowledgeable and accurate in his measurements and estimates. Our install team was clean, courteous, quick and extremely professional. They took up most care of the areas in our home they were working in and cleaned up after themselves which I can attest– not everyone does!
I would recommend anyone using One Stop Decorating because it was such a positive experience.

I have worked with OSD in Shawnee several times over the years. I have always received top notch customer service and have been very pleased with their products and services. I have ordered both hardwood shutters and wallpaper for two homes and have been very pleased with the quality of the products as well as the installation services. Over the years, I have likely worked with everyone there and they are all terrific!

Let me start by saying that the lady was VERY helpful. She even pulled the wallpaper book that I mentioned when I called.
Unfortunately, we were limited to a small selection of modern wallpaper books. Even those were not all truly modern.
I know we are in KC, but is it that everyone has flowers on their wall because they LIKE flowers or is it because that is the only thing being offered?
I wish someone would venture to think outside the box and offer something that I haven’t seen 100 times all over town. Trust me, there is a market for it and in the process some people may discover that they hated flowered wallpaper all along!
