Victoria’s Secret I must commend your flawless service and promptness when it cam to your staff helping me find what i needed! Great personalities, lovely clean appearances and most of all the ease of returns. Some of the purchases i made were in the $ 1000 range and some were in the $ 50 range, it did not matter your staff treated me like GOLD. I told all my friends over dinner about my positive experiences and they said they would start shopping there instead of Soma and Fredricks of Hollywood! All the staff at this particular VS ALL shared the same pleasant and helpful mood. Thank VS for making me feel and treating me like a valuable client. Forgot to mention, very clean and lovely store. I truly am sorry for the negative reviews I have witnessed about your store. Nonetheless it will not stop me, my girlfriends, family members, and my husband from shopping with you! A lot of the staff here is nice, most of the time. I encountered a particular girl twice, once when making a huge purchase and once when I was doing a return. Her mood completely changed when I was doing a return. I’ve done 2 returns and both times was treated awful.

Horrible service ! The store manager was very rude and racist ! I usually spend $ 300 – 500 every time I make VS purchase but they looked at me like I can’t afford anything. Also wasn’t willing to help me with my concerns didn’t even greet me at the door ! U village VS is much better and helpful ! Don’t go there or hopefully they fire their manager !!!

The worst customer service that I have ever received in a Victoria’s Secret store — and they are everywhere, so like most women, I have been in a lot of them. Their stock on some things was very strange — just a few sizes left on some things that I looked at. I was told that if I was interested, there might be some more in the back. Strange that it was in the back and not on the floor since there were at least 3 women walking around «working» the floor the entire time we were there, but none of them actually appeared to be doing anything. (The store only had a handful of shoppers — lest you think this could explain the lack of customer service.) When I finished shopping and went back to the register, there was a line of at least 10 women (Oh! That’s where everyone was! I guess the store wasn’t empty after all!) — but one cashier. We waited over 15 minutes to check out, but not one of the employees milling around the store could be bothered to open either of the other registers. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you, like I did that night, have plans for the evening and thought you could purchase an item and be on time. If you can, head to the locations at Alderwood Mall or University Village. At those locations, the lines can get long too — but the employees pay attention and help the situation by opening additional registers.

My go to spot for PINK & VS!!! I believe it’s the closest location to me and I’m very much satisfied with the layout of the store and the extraordinary customer service that I always receive here. The ladies are on top of their game and always so helpful! I don’t know who is managing those ladies, but he/​she is doing a great job compared to Tacoma Mall!

Love this store =) Always great promos and sales going on! Great selection and very neat and tidy. Docking one star because one of the sales associates had a case of word vomit and didn’t think before she spoke. I was looking through the panties on the top trying to find a style that I liked and then was going to find the style that I liked in my size. As I was looking through, she says «all of these on the top are mostly mediums. The larges are in the bottom drawer.» Without having said a single word to me before this regarding what I was looking for in terms of size. I’m plus sized and fairly confident in myself and my body so I wasn’t offended, but I think she should think before she speaks so that she doesn’t offend the wrong person. Other than that minor hiccup, I had a great experience shopping here :)

I was stunned by the lack of service at this location. Upon arrival there was no one to greet me or even say hello. After being in the store for 15 minutes, slowly browsing their selection, STILL not one associate greeted me.
Sure, I didn’t need help or a fitting but I really value when employees make the effort to recognize their patrons. There were maybe seven other guests in the store and it was a Monday, and by the looks of it the only person working was at the register.
I give two stars only because the store was clean, neat and organized.

I went to get a gift for a friend’s bachelorette party and found a cute teddy that was apparently part of a set but had a missing thong. I wanted to buy the top anyway and the helpful clerk was told by her manager that they couldn’t sell it to me. I was willing to pay the full price for it and wanted a different pair of panties to buy separately because my friend doesn’t even like thongs. The manager was completely rude to me and only after arguing and agreeing to take it as a final sale with no return possibility did she finally ALLOW me to pay the sales associate my $ 55. I’m never returning and would definitely not suggest this location to any one looking for decent customer service.

Don’t get me wrong, I love Victoria’s Secret at Northgate and I understand like a lot of retail stores, yes they do have shop lifters, but I like other shoppers feel intimidated by the security guard posted outside of the entrance. Please get undercover loss prevention people like some stores have and not have a «bouncer» looking guard outside your entrance please. Thank you.

This location is always well stocked, clean, and like every other VS always has a long line to check out.
I had a hard time finding somebody to help me locate an item, which is probably because the only 3 girls working were behind the register. Usually I don’t need help, but I was in a rush and I did finally find the item, with not a whole lot of help from the verbal directions the gal gave me. Maybe I’m just bad at directions. In any case, I like this location.

Over the last year or so, this location has improved the level of service offered to customers. For me, service was always hit and miss, often depending on who was working that day. Recently, things have changed and I’ve noticed a greater level of consistency. There are enough staff members on the floor that are genuinely helpful and more attention seems to be paid to the registers in order to keep things moving. Per Seattle’s plastic bag ordinance, you have to pay for bags in most places. Often, I’m just running in for an item or two. I had the greatest cashier that folded an envelope out of tissue paper to wrap my items. That was super cool!
The store selection hasn’t changed much. I shop here for underwear (obviously) and also spend some time in the beauty section, often buying lotion or perfume. As I pointed out in my previous review, the selection only goes up to a particular bra size so part of the market is excluded from shopping here.
The store is always relatively neat when I visit which is amazing to me since I’m often in there unfolding things to look at them. Yup. I’m THAT shopper. I’m grateful that there are associates to re-​fold items, particularly since they are better at it than I am.
Overall, my visits have increased a bit and it’s been due to a higher level of service that I’ve been receiving.

This is one of the better Victoria’s Secret I’ve been to. All of the workers here are all very helpful and really willing to help you find exactly what you need. Even when you go on the last day of a free underwear coupon, the selection is still fairly decent and the store is very well kept.
They will even work with you to order the items you need if it is not in the store. I had a return/​exchange because I ordered the wrong style originally and the bra color I wanted was no longer sold in my size. The cashier was so friendly and even respected the coupon I had originally used.
They also have seasonal items such as bathing suits!

For being in such a miserable shopping mall, the ladies here are pretty upbeat! I find the selection at this particular location of VS seems to be pretty good compared to the downtown/​pacific place shop, and the employees here seem less suicidally-​depressed overall (impressive given the location!)
I’m not a regular VS shopper per se, but I get a lot of coupons/​freebies in the mail from them that I like to redeem from time to time. I enjoy the fact that the ladies here never give me grief about piling on the coupons/​cards all at once, and the store itself is usually tidy and well stocked!

It’s not easy to shop for a pair of bra.
I came here one Saturday afternoon and looked for some replacement since it’s due for new ones. Their sales associate, Sam helped me. She was very patient with me and tried to help me find the best fit. I must have tried 10 – 15 different ones before I decided on the 3 I purchased.
This Victoria’s Secret Store is inside Northgate Mall. I thought they did a great job on maintaining the store during multiple sales going on. There’s always staff helping and always someone folding the products to keep the store neat.

This location of Victoria’s Secret is one of the smaller ones due to the mall itself being a smaller mall.
My husband & I came by here during the last few days of their «Semi-​Annual» sale. It was the middle of the work week and the store was surprisingly busy. There were about 6 associates working but none were helpful.
All of the dressing rooms were apparently full of ladies and I had to wait to try on bras.
The obnoxious part is when you have to flag down someone to let you in a room after someone else vacates. I couldn’t find a single person to help me.
I ended up wanting one bra but was told that it was incorrectly tossed into the sale bins and I could pay $ 45 if I wanted it.
The service is below par and I’d only come if you are desperate.

Annoying, no one even greeted me at the door and when I was browsing around with my free-​panty coupon, usually a staff person comes to ask me what I’m looking for. This place – NOPE! So unhelpful! Not that I needed any help, but just to make the staff seem like they cared at all they should’ve at least OFFERED to help!

Very friendly staff. I didn’t get the typical «victoria secret ditz» that you find at pretty much every other store. Down to earth people who actually seem like they enjoy helping you find what you’re looking for!

This was by far the best VC I’ve ever been into. Not because they had the most stuff in my size, but because of how nice and down to earth all of the employees were. Whoever’s in charge of hiring here is doing the best job in the world! I spent a bit more than I had planned on, but it was more than worth it and I can’t wait to go back here again.

Not one single employee greeted me, which I found weird since that is typically standard whenever you enter a VS. Not a big deal, it’s not like I need a hello to enter the store.
But then when I was searching for items, there was an employee working around me and completely ignoring me despite being only a foot away from me. It was so weird, I actually said hello to her… shouldn’t it be the other way around?
Maybe it was just an off day but it was kind of unusual. Especially since I ended up spending quite a bit of money.

It turns out that not all Victoria’s Secrets are created equal. I’ve never really had bad service anywhere, but a lot of locations have girls who accidentally make you feel a little bit inferior and ever-​so-​much-​less cool than they are. Which really isn’t the feeling you’re going for when you want to buy cute underwear.
This store? Completely not like that. The employees are friendly and super-​helpful– they’re even willing to give you a drawer full of everything in your size to make browsing easier.
I live closer to U Village, but I’d probably go out of my way to go to Northgate just to go to this store instead. Highly recommended.
