Got my UK Passport photos done here, they were helpful and knew what was required. Even brought out the ruler to show me on my photos that they fit the specification!

Great work, always! Shakeel is extremely helpful, always gets the jobs done on time, and has prices better than any big box store like Staples or Office Max. I can email him or share a file with instructions, and have always been satisfied. I was an artist selling at this year’s Sakura-​con in the Seattle Convention Center. I am from Los Angeles and realized that I did not print enough posters to sell (first day all sold out). Knowing that I have 2 more days of the convention, I was stressing to look for a place to print more and I needed TOP QUALITY printing services.
That’s when I found TOP NOTCH!
They were a 13 min drive from our hotel and lucky my roommate had her car and was able to drive me. The worker there, Shakeel, was very very patient and helpful. He defiantly showed great knowledge of prints, paper, files, colors, quality etc. (most knowledgeable local print shop owner I’ve met). His printers, though small, produced GREAT results. Since he knew I was a first timer there, he gave me TONS of discounts. I printed a total of 127 pages on 11×17 80lb cover matte paper. Since my files didn’t have a bleed, he offered to print it on 12×18 paper for the SAME price so that the white boarders could be cut off. He even had a cutting service, WHICH IS GREAT! Normally he charged $ 4 per stack of image to cut, but since I had like 6 different images, he gave me a discount of a flat rate of $ 15 to cut. Plus the more copies you order, the cheaper it is.
VERY awesome place and an EXTREME life saver.

Fast, efficient and very reasonable priced. My son and I went in for passport photos and were in and out in a matter of minutes. The guy working was very nice.

If you had an emergency for passport photo, you’d be like me coming here instead of going to Costco. Top Notch knows what the requirements are for US passport photo. I was there in and out within 10 – 15 mins.

We printed our wedding invitations here. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. The prices seemed very competitive compared to other places we looked. They were very willing to print samples and even order a different thickness of a certain paper for us.
Sometimes it took an extra day or two to hear back by phone about a question, but they expedited the print job significantly for us free of charge as a result, which more than compensated for any delays.

Super nice, super quick, super cheap. The guy let me edit the pic to cmyk cause I forgot. Will go back here every time I need a shirt or a picture printed from now on.

My baby has taken a photo here, very nice. You know, take photo for infant is not easy. Fortunately, the man have the skill to happy infant, so nice, so cool. I really like and appreciate.

New to the professional printing thing, I took my files to 3 different shops to get digital color prints on glossy paper of some drawings I did. Concerned about capturing the texture, details and hues accurately I also took the files to a high-​end print shop, and for 3 x the cost, and twice the wait time — the prints were blurry! I was horrified. Even my teacher complained. I had assumed the other print shop being far more expensive with «leading edge printing solutions» would give the best results, but in this case the economically priced Top Notch shop gave me the most accurate and attractive prints! Hands down these guys were the best; fast, courteous, professional service. I could tell they really cared to take the time to be sure that I got a print I was happy with. In my experience they really are Top Notch. =)

Finaly a copy center that is capable and affordable. They can do basic stuff on up to more complex jobs. Shakeel, the owner, is great.

I went here for passport photos – ½ the price of the other places, faster and superior customer service. Shakeel took them and patiently ensures you get the photo that you want. This is just down the street so I will make an effort to support this small, local business.

I came in because this place was close by, and I saw on Unilocal that they take and print out passport photos.
It only took about five minutes, and the gentleman who took the pictures was very nice and patient with me!
I came in for a simple reason and everything was done quickly and smoothly. I would go back for future printing needs for sure.

I went to Top Notch to get my passport photo based on the positive Unilocal reviews, and I’m glad I did! Not only was I in and out in five minutes, but the gentleman who helped me was kind enough to take four different photos of me, so I could pick my favorite. As someone who dreads getting their picture taken, I really appreciated that! Very friendly service.

soooo My Sister is always ranting about this place. I needed a poster made for her surprise bday dinner coming up. I thought what a perfect time to come check this place out while she isnt around.
I must say that Shakeel & Miah were absolutely outstanding with their customer service. I just got a new phone, so the picture I was trying to obtain off my SD card was no where to be found. Miah suggested that I just email them the picture since its only one Im trying to make a copy of. Im sure glad that he suggested that bc I rode the bus all the way over there & would of been a little upset if I couldnt execute my plan.
Its quick above & beyond thinking like that in which I really appreciate. Now I’ll admit I dont really do the technology thing, so Im glad that they were willing to walk me through all the necessary steps to make my wishes come true.

I went in this last weekend for a simple passport photo, and Shakeel could not have been nicer or more helpful. He produced pictures that were in perfect proportion to what the passport form requires (something other places mess up). And all for a really good price!
Also, a couple of other customers came in while I was there, and Shakeel handled everyone kindly, smoothly and as immediately as he could.
I’d been considering going to a larger, national chain store to get the pictures taken care of, but I’m glad I stopped in at Vista instead. It’s in the neighborhood, the customer service was stellar, and the price was right. Can’t ask for much more!

We have gone to Vista Copy and Print now for two projects.
The first was our Holiday cards, which we ordered from VistaPrint and did not order enough. Shakeel took these cards and duplicated them, including some design work due to the fact that parts were too faint to be scanned. They turned out great, and he matched VistaPrint’s price!
The second project he did for us was t-​shirts for my husband’s 30^th birthday. I didn’t know where to start, but remembering the great experience I had there with the holiday cards, I called Visa Copy and Print first. He explained the process, the pricing, and even offered to order the special shirts that I wanted, since he got them cheaper than I could find them anywhere. He finished this project in less than 4 days, and the shirts were perfectly done! He even did some design work to enhance the text so that it would be more visible, and he blew up the photo as well — all for no cost. He had me look at a proof of one shirt before printing, so there were no surprises.
Bottom line — this shop is fantastic. They do great work and go above and beyond to get you the best outcome. Support local and use this shop instead of some online place that charges crazy shipping costs! Shakeel is wonderful — stop by! We’ll be using this place from now on.
